Easy to use platform with a great

  • January 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy onboarding process, which included 3 separate meetings to review different elements of the platform. Standard reporting templates covered the majority of metrics we care about most, and we can easily add/edit for additional needs. We haven't needed to use customer support yet, but seems simple enough to start a live chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is minor, and it's about tagging. There's not a separate way to tag social posts compared to inbound/outbound messages for customer care. They all exist together, which makes for a long list when trying to find the tag you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our last platform was a big player in the social management space, but we found it quite complicated to manage reporting. Having that available in an easy-to-use system, along with a streamlined inbox so we don't miss any customer messages/comments was key, and we've found that to work very well with Sprout Social.

Sprout Social is the most convenient and powerful software for managing our online appearance

  • January 09, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is the most convenient and efficient software for managing our online appearance when we need to coordinate projects involving software. The approval workflows make our content programs a lot easier, helping ensure that everything is in line with our image. However, there are a few features that I am very pleased about including the robust analytics and reports that provides clear view of how we perform on social media. The easier it is to track relevant conversations due to integrations with other platforms, social listening capabilities and the more applicable effective tagging features are. Indeed, these functionalities work to support what we are trying to build in terms of a coherent online strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I think Sprout Social can be quite expensive especially since at the lowest level, there are not many features that one will have access to. Although the platform provides brilliant features, and due to some of the more intricate and customizable features appear locked down behind expensive tiers so this might be restricting to smaller teams or those without a dedicated Sprout instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through this solution, our team benefits from a centralised platform that allows for the tracking and managing of multiple channels, bringing about tremendous efficiency improvement.

The Best Social Tool

  • January 09, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything you need to monitor social engagements. It's *the* tool for social media management and publishing. Tagging and creating cases for Guest Relations team is fantastic. Stop searching. This is the social tool you need to have. It's expensive but it makes life so much easier and can't be beaten (trust me, I've tried all the platforms and NOTHING comes close to Sprout.)
What do you dislike about the product?
This is NOT a reputation or listening management tool. You'll need something else like BirdEye (my personal favorite.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool solves the social publishing problem. I can easily plan, create and schedule all posts in one spot. It also solves the social care problem by easily seeing what conversations are happening across all networks and allowing me to respond appropriately.

Sprout Social’s analytic tools are an invaluable asset to someone who manages social media projects.

  • January 06, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social’s analytic tools are an invaluable asset to someone who manages social media projects. This is because they bring out the powerful influence on how we strategize our social media processes. The pre-Sprout era allowed the business to know a traffic that came from social media, and everything they could play with as regards engagement metrics was only guesswork; what’s no longer the case now?
What do you dislike about the product?
But still, there are things about Sprout Social that you can hate. Sometimes, the software logs out by itself even when one had scheduled a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company integrated Sprout Social in addressing the difficulty of measurably and efficiently improving our social media availability. This helps us in having a clear glimpse of how we fare and where should be our main areas of concern.

Indispensable when managing multiple social profiles.

  • January 06, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a person that is administering the software development projects, I can say that Sprout Social is one of the most user-friendly tools. Its social scheduling options are a plus for newbies and proficient with operating social media. This platform provides very useful insights and analytics, something one can’t do without especially while managing multiple social profiles. It makes the management process easier, enabling us to concentrate more on strategic issues. What I love about it is that it speed up our involvement on social media, as our work team seems to be more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social on the other side, has a few weaknesses when it comes to posting and scheduling. Sometimes, when there is not the correct timing for posting itself and scheduled posts don’t get live at the right time—double-handling takes place. The thing which very much annoys me is when I schedule to post ad-hoc, and Sprout Social does not push it live; this pretty messes up our content strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social assists enable us handle the challenge of handling our social media presence effectively. It enables us to fine-tune our social media strategy by making available comprehensive tools for scheduling and analytics. This has resulted in a significant increase in our online engagement; the trend has proved to be an invaluable resource for spreading the word and communicating about our project.

Sprout Experience

  • January 05, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Upon migrating to Sprout Social, we can already see a positive experience on the system as it is friendly to use and easy to navigate. What I liked the best upon understanding the system is the AI assistant which provides agents with additional support to optimize their replies in a more professional and efficient way, but also being able to recognize the consumer sentiment through their replies which flags the agents if they're negative/positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any issues as of yet and cannot flag any specific dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use. Before Sprout Social we were struggling with understanding the true volume of customers coming through and being able to see interactions start to end which benefits us as we can report back to the business true reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many management features in one platform. The publishing calendar has made planning and executing content a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I do not like. It has been a smooth onboarding process, even though there is a lot to go over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping solve the problem of native posting. I always have trouble scheduling through apps and Sprout has eliminated this issue. I love being able to plan out content in advance and see exactly how it will look on our page.
