What do you like best about the product?
quite often companies sell a dream and the product doesnt match that dream, Sprout is totally different our organisation loved the onboarding process with easy usability for our agents & a seamless customer experience.

recieving the weekly performance snapshot gives us a real picture of how our socials are being used without having to deep dive lots of data.

The implementation was honestly painless the team worked closely with us to achieve a perfect go live. (which rarely happens in our industry) so job well done!

Upon the agents using the platform they quickly gave amazing feedback of how the platform performs & how easy it is for them to perform there duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we havent got any dislikes as the platform is 1000% better than the one we came from :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
on our previous platform visibilty of total interactions was one of our biggest issues, sprout solves this!

Best Analytics By Far!

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social's analytics. Their profile + competitor reports are unmatched. I've used a few different competitors before (hootsuite, buffer, planoly) and nothing comes close. I've used Sprout @ my last 2 jobs, so we just onboarded it for another client.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more visbility into grid planning - that tool isn't the best. Additional seats are super expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning, scheduling, monitoring performance, optimizing based on performance.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a few favorites I have in Sprout: Reporting, Competitor Performance, and the occasional use of AI for drafting post copy and responses to messages and comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not fond of the change in the AI tool for post copy. I found the previous version without the options i.e., "make more professional," to be more helpful for simply helping with copy changes and ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple channels with ease has been key with our dual brand. The reporting is robust, the options sprout shares for customization, etc are very useful for us to personalize, and this helps with our reports to the board of directors. We have yet to engage our team members with employee advocacy and are excited to do so.

Allowing us to schedule and share reports with different departments and key partners regularly saves us all time and ensures that we are on the same page during meetings and strategy sessions.

Workflows are also very helpful, especially being able to run posts past compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about sprout as social listening tool is that it gives you deep insights of our buisness module

Not really a dislike but just a feedback, we should add more colors to the tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is benefitting us to find the customer details and generating a lead systematically. It bifurcates the data in a very organised way.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is so easy to use (seamless/easy integration). With Spout we can respond to all customers in a timely manner across ALL social platforms. We love the reporting and mobile app is excellent!

Customer support has also been great. We love working with Santi!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is opportunity to improve mobile app. Some small features on desktop do not seem available on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have one person managing social responses in a single platform. Before we were having different associates manage in different places (i.e. Facebook app, Zendesk etc.). It was difficult to manage and now we have 1 dedicated associate managing all social platforms within Sprout -- providing a single and consistent Brand Voice and customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is so easy to use, organizes all of our posts, and allows us to be strategic and visual when planning. It was so easy to get started! I love the amazing features like listening, reports/dashboards, and posting times. We've been seeing a big increase in engagement! Anytime we've needed to speak with Customer Support they've been incredibly helpful. We use this tool daily, and it is a HUGE time saver and a lifesaver for our Social Plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot to learn about Sprout Social when first starting out, it helps to contact your Sprout Social Support team and it can be an added bonus to have team members who have already used the platform before. There's a ton of information and the help center is really great about being informative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, saving time managing multiple accounts, Social Media reporting/analytics and automations.

What do you like best about the product?
That we can all share in the same space and collaborate with our entire team and approvers without downloading content and sending it in separate emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to absorb regarding everything Sprout Social has to offer and it's taking a bit to get through understanding everything we can do. Unlimited options is great, but a lot to take in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and having data from competitors and our own statistics in one place is very beneficial. Their analytics are much more in depth than what you receive from Meta Business Suite.
We are just getting the listening tool up and running, but I think from a compliance and reputational risk standpoint, this is great tracking to have in place.
Sprout's onboarding and support team have been wonderful to work with and are teaching us so much.

Great User Friendly Product

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has truly transformed the way social media has operated. The scheduling platform alone has made it so easy when posting for multiple accounts. There are so many beneficial tools that can guide the user to find details about their clients or their accounts that can transform the business. I utilized Sprout at my old company, my current company was looking for a new platform and I pushed for Sprout hard and here we are!
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly dont think I have one bad thing to say about Sprout. Even when I have trouble with something and ask the chat it immediately directs me to a PERSON and i get a valuable response that can guide me and teach me. Amazing product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics through and through, when a client asks why a post didn't do as well or did better than the others, whatever the case may be. I can pull analytics and showcase data visually and detailed to the client.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is robust and easy to use, and features and settings are intuitive. Salesforce integration takes minutes to set up. Sprout rep, Nolan did a great job of training us. The knowledge base is comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not a lot of resources under Spout Insights for Nonprofits. Most of them are outdated too (2018,2019)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will be implementing Sprout Social to other businesses. Most medium-sized Nonprofits don't take advantage of social channels. I hope that with Sprout's intuitive interface and ease of use, they can decrease the time they spend on managing social and have insights about their brand that will help them with their fundraising strategy.
