Comprehensive Social Media Management Hub

What do you like best about the product?
One thing about Sprout it helps bringing all our social media accounts together into one platform . It has become easier for my team to manage all my reciew where we were able to schedule posts in advance, track teams performan. moreover, the analytics is helpful in understanding what's working and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have noticed that the reporting capabilities are not right up there and still a scope for improvement. Also, there is no Power BI Integration which is really sad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have tried various platforms earlier but Sprout does it job in organising all the platforms. Like the Social reviews, DM, Conversational Sports news was all coming up in one place

What do you like best about the product?
the platform is easy to use. It is available in French. The custom srvice is very reactive when I need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to publish Instagram stories with the option of adding tags or texts as if you were publishing directly on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publish on multiple platforms only with Sprout Social. Be able to have a global view of my publication calendars.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling Tools: Sprout Social’s calendar and scheduling tools make it easy to plan posts across multiple platforms in one streamlined view. It has many options that can save a lot of time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing: Sprout Social’s pricing can be high for small businesses or individual users, as the cost often rises with added users and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is particularly useful for managing and analyzing social media, especially when it comes to content management, performance tracking, and improved workflow. It is easier to manage content across multiple social accounts, keeping everything organized and reducing the need to log in and out of each account separately. The reporting tools make it simple to track and evaluate our social media efforts over time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very helpful to manage many accounts in a all-in-one platform where you can schedule posts, do quick reports and share content with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting section lacks a little bit of details in the tag feature. Having access to latest platform features like being able to program a 20 photos carousel on IG would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with being able to manage many accounts on one platform.

Makes social reporting enjoyable!

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use the reporting features on Sprout Social, and so far, it is by far the best analytics tool I have used in my career. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the platform is very user-friendly.

Building out custom reports is simple and the tag reporting page makes analysing specific campaigns easier as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only ask so far would be that the tag reporting would have a bit more capability than only comparing two different tags at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I could never trust the data other tools told me as they were always inconsistent. But now, when completing weekly and monthly reports, Sprout Social gives me accurate data that I can report on quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is a huge upside for Sprout Social. I think anyone at any level can come in and intuitively get to work using this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price tag is a little high, but you get what you pay for. This isn't a lightweight option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get to see everything social in one place, and we can make data-driven decisions on what content is working and isn't working quickly.

No negatives yet. It is a massive company though and I usually like working with smaller vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
The menus and interface cleanliness and efficency of maintaining the control of multiple accounts in just one hub. Sprout offers great tools to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little confusing at first glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps maintaining the control of multiple social media profiles and keeping a good relationship between business and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has a great-looking interface that seems to be plenty customizable for businesses, allowing you to create macros, automate, and fully streamline your social media presence. My team currently only uses Sprout to respond to customers, so I'm unsure about the publishing features. The keyboard shortcuts allow us to speed up our reviewing process, freeing up more time for us to respond to consumers. Most of our cases are sent to Salesforce which has had relatively painless integration, with only a few technical issues so far. After responding to consumers in Sprout, I do wish we could do more responding in Sprout instead of Salesforce, because I'd love to use it more frequently.
I also enjoy how individual users can also customize their own Sprout by choosing dark mode and using a side-by-side format to be able to seamlessly view individual comment threads on one side and still have the separate posts on the other side.
All in all, it has been very straightforward to learn to use, I felt like I was able to jump right in after training without any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be some lag at the moment, but we have quite a lot of accounts we work with, so it may be overloading things a little bit. Most of the technical issues we've been having has been with Salesforce integration, so it's unclear whether or not Sprout is at fault for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to review all posts coming in to our social media accounts quickly so the rest of our team can respond to our consumers as fast as possible.
