Great all round social media management software

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has basically all you could want from a social media management software - there isn't a feature I haven't found
What do you dislike about the product?
The volume of features does mean it can sometimes be confusing - but there are plenty of FAQ's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has varying levels of roles/access meaning that I have been able to give selective access to employees without overwhelming them with unneccesary features

What do you like best about the product?
it allows for planning and a cohesive look into organic social accross one company and many platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
at the moment nothing- the capabilites out perform platforms similar to sprout social
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our company is large and siloed - sprout social brings media together in a cohesive manner for analysis and social listening allows us to gain clarity into brand sentimate.

A Great Platform for All Levels of Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
I still love Sprout Social, but would appreciate more if the platform allowed for basic report filtering and the ability to pick and choose the base-level included tools. There are some that we as a team don't necessarily need that could be replaced with other basic tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is always tough, but it's hard to beat a platform that makes social media management a breeze. The only thing I would love to see more of at a base price is reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The aggregation of messages, comments, mentions, etc. in the Inbox completely cuts out the need to visit multiple platforms per day or schedule time to review engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I love the most about Sprout Social is that it puts information from multiple accounts and platforms into one centralized platform. This makes it so much easier and quicker to complete any social-related tasks, including posting, reviewing analytics, and monitoring messages for multiple accounts. As a social media manager, I use Sprout Social every day and it makes my life so much easier. Not to mention, the customer support is fantastic, with live chat just a click away! I have found it super easy to navigate the platform and to set it up with my social media channels connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are any downsides to Sprout Social, I haven't found them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes social media management so much more EFFICIENT!

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and drafting in the calendar is a big help. The listening tool also offers a concise report on what you need to know.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of integration with social media platforms, it may not offer the most tools. for example, we are not able to tag a user in a LI post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
concise and simple social media calendar, allowing collaboration across departments and regions.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes scheduling posts so easy. By having a few different locations we can easily manage what we are sending to each location and manage all comments, and messages. Customer service is also fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is not a cheap option so price may be an issue for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is making our lives easier by providing a hub where all our social accounts are managed. By creating this central social hub we can easily manage how we communicate with our customers and well as manage the amount of content we are sending to our followers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule posts to multiple platforms. Easy to find ideal posting times. The smart inbox is easy to use. I also like the reporting section and the Instagram Grid Planner. The AI assistant is helpful for creating captions. The approval process works well. Customer support has been available and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more features like AI responses for the smart inbox and a way to save frequently used hashtags. Also, I sometimes get errors when responding in the smart inbox and am not able to reply to comments. I wish that would be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us by scheduling social media posts for a variety of platforms on several different channels for our company. It also helps us to respond in a timely manner to comments and messages and track our analytics. It's nice having everything all in one place so we aren't having to switch between services.
