From responding to customer's queries & complaints to categorizing their sentiments and issues, Sprout Social has covered everything under one roof.

Sometimes we don't get the reply box to respond to customer's queries/complaints even after hard refresh.

It is helping in managing the brands social reputation.

The best part is about the feature to tag cases as per the sentiment and the mutliple featuers to get the history of the customer is the best to understand the customer.

Its is a usefull software and hepls to saole the customer issue in a very appropriate way and helps to study the customer issue properly by directing its problem to the screen.

What do you like best about the product?
The advantages of Sprout Social are too many to list. Not only is the user interface the best in the business, but they are constantly providing new, updated tools and resources that make social media management easier, faster and better. Their customer service team provides some of the best communication and helpfulness I have ever experienced through online chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social offers all the bells and whistles, but it also has a heft price tag when you are managing 25+ accounts from a marketing agency perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send clients a link to their content calendar is amazing and would be great if they could leave feedback without their own account, especially from an agency perspective. The analytics and reporting style is the best out there and outperforms other analytics tools in terms of the depth of the data and visuals.
Effective tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
An easy AI software that allows me to collaborate easily with my team online. Working in cross functional teams, sprout social helps me with communicating ideas and deadlines with my colleagues, but also helps with social media analytics and content publishing. This is very helpful for me as I work alot with digital media.

Being part of a company allows us to buy the premium version, but without that version the free feautures are quite limited to users

There are no free plans and plans are expensive.

We were able to connect all the social media platforms at one place and sharing a post all multiple social media platforms is so easy. Sprout social saves you from a lot of hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
The value per dollar for our annual Sprout subscription is beats competitors by a large margin while offering all the key data.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our smaller marketing team, there are no down sides to Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to compare our organic social media results with our competitors, and as algorithms change, we still know where we stand in terms of awareness. Sprout also provides an efficeient scheduling tool for all posts.
The Go-To For Marketing Agencies
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has the most features for collaborating with clients to have them review content. But it also has really great features for responding to comments/messages and reporting. I've worked with a few different marketing firms that always preferred Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other platforms have the option to share the same post but slightly tweak the copy depending on the platform. Sometime the tagging can be a bit glitchy too for LinkedIn and Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to have everything in one place with Sprout. You can schedule, monitor, and respond to comments as needed. Plus, it's not too difficult for clients to learn for their approvals.
Best Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout Social for different reasons since 2017. It's the most well-rounded tool I've ever used. I've used it for both very small businesses and in agency settings. It's great for teams and collaboration. The interface is easy, it covers the main platforms, you can manage your community with inbox and review management, the analytics are acceptable and there are advanced analytic options. You can also auto schedule reports - very convenient. My favorite parts about Sprout are that they listen to feedback and make updates regularly - from adding intelligent features to keeping up with the latest API changes/limitations. My other fave part is their CS - their reps have all been so nice and eager to help and resolve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest barrier to sprout is the cost. In my opinion, it's worth it but the high per user/per account/additional feature and regular raises in cost could put this out of reach for smaller companies. If you can afford it, I say go for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an all-in-one solution to keep everything and everyone in only one platform (when it comes to social). I've worked with some that have 5 different systems that Sprout could solve.
Sprout Makes Social Media Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox is a game changer for my department. We use Sprout constantly, and it's a great way for us to keep everything in one location and ensure all our customers are taken care of. We got Sprout for scheduling social media, but it is so much more and so worth it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is expensive. We were hesitant to use it at first due to the cost. But now we realize it's absolutely worth it. It's been a game changer for us, and we can't imagine going back to the before times. We are expanding our use with Sprout and adding additional users because we've had such a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facebook Pages is a terrible platform. Our team often misses comments, etc. across all platforms because of lackluster notification systems. This allows us to ensure we never miss a thing.
