Overall, a Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's intuitive and easy to work with and understand. I use it daily in my work and have not encountered any issues. If you're coming from a competing scheduling platform, it's a pretty easy switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot customize platforms under one umbrella. For example, if I create a post for a certain day but have different copy for different platforms, I have to create a separate post for each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilize Sprout Social to schedule posts for my clients. It prevents me from having to post real-time, saving me time and money.

You can complete multiple actions in one swoop and it is SUPER time saving. Also we have a video go viral and answering DMs was an absolutle life saver. Also whenever Ive had issues or have gotten stuck their

I wish they had more reporting for non-business accounts but I think these limitations come from the social platforms as opposed to Sprout
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of going into each platform, I can do everything at once!
Easy to use, important features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the platform is to use. Features like best send times, AI & the smart inbox make managing social much easier for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is incredibly cluttered. When in dark mode the Sprout logo in the top doesn't show correctly. AI sentiment is often wrong and will classify negative comments as positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the problem of us previously not knowing what comments we were getting, and consolidates everything into one easy to use place that saves time.
Sprout has made my job as a marketing strategist super organzied.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the content calendar and scheduling makes my job consistent and therefore efficient. I love the draft feature as well, allows me to plan out my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how for scheduling for Instagram, it only allows you to collab with 3 people when on the actual Instagram app it's up to 5 collabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple social media accounts on various platforms all from Sprout. I am able to schedule my posts that way i don't have to manually go into each account and post everyday. It saves me a lot of time.

Definitely social listening with precise insights.

Some metrics for me didn't match, but perhaps is a social media platforms problem.

Easy to use & customize for your team's needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout because it simplifies marketing tasks. Managing our social accounts, online reviews, and inboxes is convenient and user-friendly. I have found that Sprout works best specifically for social management (publishing, moderating, etc.) compared to other platforms we've tried.
Sprout's customer support team is also incredible with making sure the platform is working best for our needs! They also offer a lot of educational resources and training.

What do you dislike about the product?
My main pain point with Sprout is that our social accounts become disconnected frequently. This can be problematic for campaign launches, scheduled posts, etc.

Sprout's variety of analytical tools helps us make informed decisions about our socials, allowing us to find success online.

Simplifies posting across all channels. Simplifies reports. Places all social media tasks into one central location.
Easy Social Planning & Execution
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social was easy to set up and allows for easy posting/scheduling. The tool is very user-friendly and it didn't take long to grasp its use. I was able to create an account and get posting the same day! It was very quick to integrate with our other tools such as Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found anything to dislike of Sprout Social thus far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we moved to Salesforce, we saw that Pardot was very clunky and not user friendly. It also lacked a lot of the basic tools we look for in a social tool. I then found Sprout Social, which allowed to properly plan our social calendar, schedule posts and work with my team as well for posts they are in charge of. It also allows me to see who is tagging us and quickly respond! It is allowing me to quickly execute our social calendar without the need for multiple tools.
My new go-to-tool for LinkedIn
What do you like best about the product?
Years ago, I used Sprout Social for the first time and wasn't really convinced. Now it's my go-to-tool for LinkedIn. It really simplifies the scheduling of posts, allowing me to plan content ahead of time while managing multiple accounts (company and executive profiles) without any problems.
What I like the most is the analytics section even though I'm not exactly a proficient data literate. Audience enegagement insights are very valuable and Sprout Social delivers it all.
Sprout Social is saving me time and making my LinkedIn work much more efficient. I highly recommended this tool for all professionals looking to optimize their workflows (especially with LinkedIn).

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I'm still not a huge fan of the overall design. It's very functional and could use some fun elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is saving me a lot of time, helping me to organize and delivering analytics that help to optimize and report to others.

Love that its a central hub - ability to quickly create and tag posts to bucket under review, check messages and monitor social listening convesation

Dont like that social listening is a seperate add on cost - should be part of standard contract

We are trying to centralize social media management - understand some trends like best posting times + what type of content gets highest engagement. quickly see engagement rates, etc
Additionally we want to be able to quickly monitor our @ mentions openly and respond / react to users quickly.
Lastly, we also want to monitor trending conversations in our industry to be able to jump in quickly into those relevant conversations to improve brand halo impact and awareness
