What do you like best about the product?
We have found the UI to be SO much more intuitive and user friendly than our previous SMM. The integration with Salesforce was super quick and easy - the overall implementation was a dream - very little effort on our side - the Sprout team was so available, helpful and knowledgable at every step. We had a tight deadline to get it implemented and Sprout met it easily with time to spare. Our team is LOVING all of the reporting and publishing capabilities, and our service team loves the SF integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Granted, we are a newer user, but we honestly have not found any yet. Any questions we have are answered quickly and efficiently, and we haven't experienced any technical issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout's simple and user friendly interface allows us to be more nimble and accomplish more, which is crucial for the small team we have managing a wide portfolio of brands.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Everything pretty self explanatory.

I like the reporting section and that can make carousels on Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found I dislike about the platform yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The intergration of Salesforce is making my job easier when it comes to customer messages on Social Media. Allows me to raise cases within the Sprout platform and find customers account on Salesforce easy.

Makes monthly reporting on social media easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent onboarding - wonderful customer support. Easy to get started - getting your accounts connected and start posting/scheduling. I was able to jump in and start using it right away - I definitely work with the product daily. The weekly snapshots are great to keep things top of mind and see where you're at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be really overwhelming - there's so much information and lots of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep a better pulse on all of our social media

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is user-friendly, allowing you to navigate easily through different profiles, schedule posts, and track performance. I love the ability to create and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms. I use Sprout almost every day, and it was soo easy to get started, their customer support is exceptional!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options, it's hard to remember where to find everything you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was wasting time going to several social media websites, and Sprout makes it easy to see and post to several at once.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create posts on the fly from mobile and desktop.
Also, the reporting and weekly insights!
Sprout has had regular updates, including new features to improve upon user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind! any issues I have had, their support has been quick to resolve for me or teach me what I could have done differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout provides me with a strong insight into what's working and what needs improvement.
It also allows me to easily create and duplicate posts for scheduling.

Solid and simple tool for managing social networks and multiple accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I love that programming is very easy thanks to the ability to duplicate and customize for each platform. Its chat function is perfect for getting quick answers to questions that arise. I love that it gives my team an overview of how well their posts are performing with respect to demographics, engagement, shares, impressions, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is somewhat steep, but it gets done over time. The cost of premium analytics is a bit high. The number of users is limited according to the paid plan. You need more robust tag reporting capabilities. There are very limited customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows you to schedule posts on multiple platforms and makes the team work more efficiently and manage social media for multiple accounts at once. It provides the opportunity to have all your social platforms connected in one integrated software system and to be able to schedule posts in advance to simplify work and save time.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sprout Social for 8+ years and keep coming back. Sprout's deliverability, accuracy of data, and customer service is unparallel in this industry. They consistently work with our nonprofit to make sure we can enhance our marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social has grown over the past several years, revitalizing some of its offerings and combining packages to have additional "add-on" features. This drives up cost for key data needed for reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to report success, we need easy to glean analytics. Sprout is able to deliver these reports to us and expedite the process of social media management on a day-to-day level.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of features that help us make better decisions using data and metrics from our accounts. We also love the scheduling features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that we strictly dislike, we do wish there was better implementation of Reels throughout Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scheduling side of social media is covered for us. It takes no time to schedule a post and release it to all our channels in just minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is easy to use and makes quick work of posting on social platforms. I like the option to use the queue to fill gaps in your publishing schedule. I also like the ability to see all comments and messages to inboxes across platforms. It really is a one stop shop and no need for additional products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot not to like to be honest. The one thing I find tricky is having to save posts as draft to be able to tag or add photos for specified channels like instagram. Now that I have been using it for awhile, this has become easier to manage throught the 'duplicate and schedule' setting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of upcoming upgrades that will benefit me in the way that I use it. However, I do have more time to work on other things because I am not wasting time postings on individual platforms.
