Advanced tools and scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social's combination of powerful features, ease of use, and strong support makes it a standout choice for anyone looking to enhance their social media I think the advanced analytics and social listenting are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tabs to navigate and it can be a bit confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to scheudle post across platforms all in the same place which allows for eas of viewing and approving.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics in sprout social. It's nice to be able to create my weekly and monthly social reports by mostly just reviewing the analytics sprout has pulled. I love how easy it is to duplicate a post and post to multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sprout doesn't allow you to post videos to Pinterest, video is growing on Pinterest and having to manully do it outside of sprout is frustrating as I like to schedule things out. I've been using sprout for a number of years with various companies and I hate that when a push notification is sent and clicked on, if the post doesn't work, it just goes away. I wish their was a draft saved just incase this happens, because it happens fairly frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling on multiple platforms and reporting on them as well as community management in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Approving and editing posts from my social media marketing group is quick and easy. If there is an edit, the comments are great, so I'm not actually touching the post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform takes a little bit get used to navigating it and getting every user the correct permissions.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout encompasses several unique features that are incredibly helpful for fast-moving or slow-and-steady brands. It's very useful across several platforms, and helps our content strategy execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend of the platform could be easier to navigate; in particular, the icons on the left side of the screen aren't conducive to what they represent. It adds an extra step to remember and find what they are, vs. more easily understandable icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Competitor analysis is incredibly helpful, and one ease of the platform is the ability to understand metrics from those we compete against and plan against it.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Sprout Social is the ability to submit drafts to coworkers, streamlining my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integration into the varied social media platforms. For instance, character counts with enhanced accounts are limited, making posting with a Twitter Gold account frustrating with Sprout. Another issue is that mentions not readily visible in the preview panel as they would appear on Facebook or LinkedIn. It leaves the user unsure if the mentions are correctly placed.

These are the main 4 things I like about Sprout:

User-Friendly Interface: Sprout Social boasts an intuitive and visually appealing interface that makes managing multiple social media accounts straightforward. Its streamlined design helps users navigate through various features easily.

Comprehensive Analytics: The platform offers in-depth analytics and reporting tools, allowing users to track performance metrics across different social networks. This helps in understanding audience engagement and measuring the success of social media strategies.

Engagement Tools: Sprout Social provides robust engagement features, including a unified inbox that consolidates messages from various platforms. This ensures that no interaction is missed and responses can be managed efficiently.

Social Listening: Sprout Social’s social listening tools enable users to monitor brand mentions, track industry trends, and gain insights into customer sentiment. This helps in staying informed about what is being said about your brand and competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dsilike that there is a large learning curve for advanced features. While basic functionalities are accessible, advanced features like social listening and in-depth analytics requires additional training or experience to use effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of seeing everything imporatnat at a glance and being able to jump in and respond to people on various platforms easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a game-changer for our team. The internal tagging for campaigns, contests, and takeovers makes it easy to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page. The Smart Inbox feature ensures we never miss a message, and the Listening Tool keeps us connected to the trends and conversations that matter most. Plus, the team-friendly design has enhanced our collaboration, making it easier to hit our social media goals together. My team is constantly in the program utilizing the inbox, listening tool or publishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a state agency, we work within the bounds set by our state government. This means that sometimes it is difficult for us to be able to buy multiple log-ins. It would be awesome to see more friendly workspace access applied that can include multiple users without paying for separate access points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has been a tremendous help in managing our community, making it easy to engage with our audience and respond to their needs quickly. The reporting features provide clear, actionable insights, allowing us to measure the impact of our efforts and refine our strategy. Publishing content is also seamless, with scheduling tools that keep our campaigns on track and ensure our messages reach the right people at the right time.
