What do you like best about the product?
Its reliability, as well as analytics! It stays up to date with newly added social media features on top platforms, and the sales reps have always been extremely helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay for more add ons, such as employee advocacy, etc. The platform can get very expensive, very quickly, but I totally see the value in this platform - the reps are also willing to work on pricing for you if it helps!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continually evolving with new features such as reels, tiktok, Youtube shorts, etc

Sprout Social Is the Corvette of Scheduling Softwares!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is extremely user-friendly with an attractive visual interface. I seamlessly plan out full months of content with the help of calendar notes. Its capacity to publish Reels and videos is impressive. Its organic and paid reporting is powerful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation to Sprout Social is that Stories may only be published to Instagram and not Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows my agency to schedule social media content on multiple dates and platforms for a variety of industries. This way, we do not need to succumb to the time constraints of manual publishing or troubleshoot as many platform limitations.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy for teams to collaborate, and for me to have a central hub for all of the accounts and brands that I manage. The scheduling and calendar tool make my day-to-day life a lot easier, and the reporting is very insightful. I'm also quick off the jump whenever there's something a question or request that I need to respond to ASAP. The Employee Advocacy tool has greatly improved our organic social results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love that they added LinkedIn user tagging (in additiona to company tagging), but I feel like it's still pretty glitchy. Often times I'm still unable to tag individuals in posts so I end up manually doing LinkedIn posts instead of scheduling on Sprout. We can also no longer tag company LinkedIn accounts on the Advocacy tool even though we used to be able to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to attribute goals and conversions that benefit the business because of Sprout's robust reporting. I'm also more productive and efficient and have seen a big uptick in number of social posts as well as engagements without extra work on my part. We have better reporting and the number of integrations has been helpful.

What I admire most about Sprout Social is its seamless content scheduling and publishing tools. As a social media manager, having the ability to plan and organize posts across various platforms from a single interface has been a game-changer. The intuitive calendar layout and drag-and-drop functionality make it effortless to maintain a consistent posting schedule. Additionally, Sprout Social's robust analytics provide deep insights into our social media performance, allowing me to track engagement, audience demographics, and the effectiveness of our campaigns. What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform provides insightful data, the ability to create custom reports tailored to specific metrics or goals would enhance its flexibility. Additionally, the social listening capabilities, while helpful, could be more comprehensive to capture a wider range of mentions and sentiment analysis.

Sprout Social effectively addresses several challenges in my role as a social media manager. One key problem it solves is the complexity of managing multiple social media platforms. What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use. I love to set up recurring reports that can be emailed directly to those who need to see them.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an extremely easy tool to use and makes securing approvals for content incredibly smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more and more features integrated into Sprout. Maybe an aggregation of community engagement not just on social but across platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use nearly 30 different accounts across 5 brands, and sprout allows me to view all of my content in one easy-to-access location.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes scheduling content for the brands I work with a breeze. I'm able to schedule over a year in advance and customize so much when it comes to the posts, hashtags, and covers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have custom covers on TikTok so I don't have to manually post them. I also hope they update for Threads soon as I can create accounts and schedule posts for the brands I work with on that platform easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to run multiple accounts for the brands I work with across a multitude of different social media platforms. I couldn't do my job without Sprout Social.

The automation rules within the system, while functional, are somewhat limited in terms of customization and specificity. However, they still serve a valuable purpose in ensuring that accurate information is efficiently transferred into Salesforce. While they may not offer an extensive array of options, they are a solid starting point for automating data processes.

One area where there is room for improvement is in the coverage of specific platforms, such as YouTube reviews and comments. In today's digital landscape, YouTube has become a significant platform for user-generated content and reviews. Therefore, having more comprehensive options for handling YouTube-related data would be highly beneficial. It would enable businesses to better track and manage feedback and interactions on this popular platform, enhancing their overall social media management strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
What i love the most about using sprout social is being able to manage all our accounts under 1 platform and being able to pre-set all in advance. Hastags suggestions help a lot and the weekly reports are what we enjoy getting as they are sent automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that im having issue is that we can not see past stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving that we get accurate data and also that no stories is forgotten.
