The only tool you'll ever need
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is extremely easy to use without sacraficing on functionality and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found a feature or function in Sprout that I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows our social team to operate exclusively in a fully integrated platform, saving us time and money.
Sprout Outranks All Other Social Media Management Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations are comrehensive (as comprehensive as other APIs allow), the reporting is robust, and I appreciate how quickly updates are rolled out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price per user. Sometimes the amount of work needed for a second user doesn't justify an additional $280/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global company with many accounts across several channels. This helps to simplify the posting and asset organization between all accounts.
Easy to learn and use. Saves so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
Love that we can see all our channels in a snapshot and feel confident in the analysis that are reported.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that tags don't stay on stories and that you cannot filter stories in the tag report.

Ease of posting and sharing across accounts. Confident in analysis data across all channels.
Powerful tool to manage social networks
What do you like best about the product?
The quantum leap that gives us in terms of market positioning In the Sprout Social platform we create a complete management of all our social networks and from one place, this has allowed us to grow in a very considerable way. With this platform today we can create a professional planning of our publications, based on marketing studies and daily reports that it provides us. I am very pleased that the platform is accompanied by a fairly short learning curve, which allowed us to implement each of its tools quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is a platform with great potential; however, we must admit that in the early days of our organization we had a huge boost in terms of social network management, but if you are a company that is dedicated to the administration of accounts on a massive scale, you may have problems with account disconnection. Otherwise, if what you want is a considerable boost from a small handful of accounts, this is one of the best options you will find in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly time savings and considerable growth in our marketing department. Being able to manage each of our social networks from one place, constantly monitoring and creating professional content publishing schedules is something that has given us a good position in the market, and all thanks to this incredible platform. If you save time, create effective advertising schedules and use the time saved in our favor to focus that energy on solving other types of problems without a doubt, we find an increase in the productivity of our organization.

Very easy to use. Always creating new tools to use ext. AI social posts.

The dashboard is a little too busy but manageable

All in one Social Media Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, includes all the tools we need to manage all our social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some integration (like Instagram story stickers, gif functionality etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the need to go to various platforms. Allows us to be much more efficient.
Progress made but lots of room to SPROUT
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the publishing tool. I think how intricate the layers are of drafting a post, including a link, images, adding an approver, and listing the posting date/time to schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that while Sprout Social has many different useful tools to utilize for our company's social media accounts. It is difficult to navigate and learn about all of the different tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All notifications are now in one spot to review quickly which is very helpful. Also the publishing tool streamlines the process for publishing. Both of these tools help us to utilize are time to make progress towards our social media goals.
Simple and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, short learning curve, and all the main tools we need for our social team in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still playing around with some of the additional features that are meant to justify the price compared to other scheduling tools.

All-in-one place for scheduling content in advance and gathering monthly analytics across social channels.
Great for businesses with multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
That, as the Social Media Coordinator for two sister schools, I can post to both social media accounts simoultaneously instead of having to go back and forth on their websites and sign ins. I most enjoy that I can duplicate a post before sending it off, so that it's ready for me to re-post to a different platform without having to write it up again from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost impossible to customize and post to Stories, so I don't use it at all - I go into each social media platform on my mobile device and do it that way, which is a hassle. The Reels is similarly frustrating. Hoping it'll become more seamless and customizable soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting across multiple social media platforms simoultaneously, and being able to duplicate posts to different platforms without having to write them up from scratch again.
Great for tracking social media campagins in regards to my position of partnerships.

Very user friendly. Easy to navigate the page.

Can be hard to scroll on phone sometimes, but all in all it is great.
