Social media scheduling at its best
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a powerful social media management platform with a user-friendly interface, advanced scheduling features, robust monitoring tools, and excellent customer support. It's a valuable asset for businesses looking to strengthen their social media presence and engage with their audience effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be the price, compared to other social media scheduling platforms it is quite pricey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling multiple posts on multiple platforms and being able to gain valuable competitor insights

What do you like best about the product?
Within my organization, Sprout Social has been vital in driving efficiency in managing our social networks; it gives our work team everything they need to facilitate collaboration when drafting, reviewing, modifying and scheduling posts on different social networks, all through one place. It is a tool with an easy-to-understand and uses the interface, which facilitates the adaptation of users of all levels; even more attractive is the opportunity for additional learning that the product offers without extra charges. Finally, and also very important, it has a variety of reporting features that are interesting and extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a wide variety of reporting features. However, it is still limited when it comes to writing customizations. On the other hand, the fact that you have to pay per user makes it a bit expensive and somewhat limiting for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simply an exceptional program for managing social networks individually and collectively; it has many functions that have allowed us to work in an organized manner and keep up to date with each of the social networks that are managed within the organization in that way, we have ensured a more fluid interaction with the audience, our followers have increased, and we have successfully expanded the reach of our brand. Their tools are easy to use, from writing to monitoring and publishing the assignment.

They have the best and most-up-to-date integrations, as well as user-friendly UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intagram grid review does not update well esp on posts/reels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts across various platforms and the ability to replicate posts for consistency but know the character limits per platform. Also the analytics that make comparing statistics across multiple platforms easy to digest and view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit high so this makes it hard to get new companies to sign up but luckily there is a strong case for the benenfits - I think more attainable pricing would be helpful for new users and to keep users. Also there are a lot of features that I choose not to use - but there are features in a certain tier I need, it would be helpful to maybe choose the features you want / set pricing a la cart rather than the pricing/feature tiers that currently exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency to post across multiple platforms, post planning and scheduling in advance, and retention of data analytics / exportable reports on demand at any time you need (versus needing to pull them within a certain time frame from certain platforms).

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multi-faceted projects across multiple units on our campus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point! We have had a good experience with Sprout thus far!

Cross-unit collaboration and streamlining the workflow approval process.
Moving to Sprout Has Been a Success
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user friendly. The reporting is robust and social listening is extremely helpful and time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any downsides as of now. We were using Social Studio, which integrated with Salesforce, but they are sunsetting that platform. Sprout isn't integrated within any of our platforms for now. I guess that's the only negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to post content across all of our Braves social pages through one dashboard. We can also get a holistic view of all post performance on one screen.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to manage several brands under several channels and easily get insights and metrics, so it's all very streamlined and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the process of adding profiles was more streamlined, and reconnecting was a one-click process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage all our different brand clients, and all their many social platforms under one "roof". I can easily toggle between brands and get a quick view of everything from scheduled content, to WoW metrics

Powerful software, frequent tool updates and feature improvements, all social channels and analytics in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paywalls around features aren't as dynamic as the rate at which social media changes or as campaigns evolve. Some seasons call for social listening, others for engagement and the contracts are too set in stone.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting tools available to me with Sprout. We have a small social team so the ability to quickly pull reports that represent a broad data set while remaining consumable to internal stakeholders is the biggest advantage Sprout provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of functionality I get in terms of community management. When I respond to guest comments natively in the various social platforms. I am able to respond with custom gifs, videos, etc. If that was possible within Sprout, I would spend more time with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to gauge guest sentiment throughout the year, measuring engagement impressions and audience growth over time, and competitor analysis is most helpful. In terms of advocating for larger budgets or adding team members, Sprout makes it easier to build my case.
