What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Sprout Social is that it puts all your social media platforms into one place and gives you the data from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have better AI capabilities for reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is making things more organized by putting everything into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been so helpful because the platform is easy to use! Our team got a full walk-through of the platform and the features available from a representative, which was extremely helpful. The social listening is going to be a game changer for us. I also love the recommendations they have for optimal times to post across channels. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sprout to peers in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a dedicated customer support representative instead of having to write into a support team if we have issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to more easily gauge our brand sentiment by using social listening and be more in tune with our customers.

Great tool for top level manager

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using SproutSocial for a limited time a couple of years ago, and compared to other tools, it really has the overall most useful set of tools. We've used it on a daily basis while our agency has had a lot of clients and it was very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the price range is higher compared to what we can afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The people in my agency used it for all sort of things, from listening to management, but I've found using analytics the most useful tool.

What do you like best about the product?
That it's easy to navigate and find my way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time there isn't anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have two people logged into to the platform. The competition we ere only allowed one.

Replaced Hootsuite and loving it

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is great, and my team had an easy time implementing Sprout right off the bat. We use it all the time for our various socials and are very happy with the switch from Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't experienced anything that we dislike yet. That doesn't mean that we won't find anything but at this time we are very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of content and posting calendars. It also gives us a way to minimize direct access to our accounts in case of turnover.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it very easy to see your analytics and numbers across different periods of time to see what is working.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to link all of your social media accounts to post at one time.

It helps us see what works when posting, and it benefits our content creation!

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly and looking up information is always a breeze, thanks to how well-organized each sections are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish dark mode will be implemented someday, so I can work more comfortably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling tickets is easy because only the key details are displayed. Other information (still related to the current ticket) are tucked away, but can be easily accessed, too. Working with a tool that's really organized helps me resolve the customer's issue faster.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprout Social for daily social media management. The customer support through the university is super helpful in getting started quickly. I love that they are incorporating AI into the platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sprout Social has an opporunity to intergrate Customer management platforms to increase value for the entire company using their platform - not just the social team. Having more options to customize reporting would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us make the most of our small team.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how the platform helps organize posts and how it gives an idea of when it is best to post in terms of engagement. I believe this helps grow a business and social page, which is ultimately the purpose of platforms using SproatSocial.

I also like that I can see how the Instagram page I manage is growing, and the numbers behind it. I enjoy this feature because it tells me what works the most or better.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the platform, I wouldn't say I like that Instagram disconnects a lot. As a recent example, I had scheduled a post and it was not published because of the page disconnecting from the Instagram account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the problem the platform solves is time management. Personally, it lets me schedule posts in advance and allows me to work on other things that need my attention the most.
