Simple and effective social posting
What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple social channels in one place, and being able to cross post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add text, links, etc. to Instagram stories!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post to different platforms efficiently and manage messages, analytics, etc.
Sprout is a great social media management tool to make the most out of your social strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple and straightforward layout of Sprout. I know where to go and what to click when I need to do certain things. My FAVORITE part is being able to build my own report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Sprout Social goes above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of the tool. Customer support is also amazing at answering any questions you may have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule content out, engaging with people on social media, and being able to build reports to send to the team.
Easy to schedule across ALL platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule multiple posts all at once. It's so nice to access all my different brands, and by scheduling one post, it can go across multiple accounts and cross across different medias.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to create separate UTM links when I want to post the same post on multiple platforms. It only allows for one link. I'd like to be able to post on Facebook and Instagram and be able to UTM the links individually without having to do it twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many platforms will only use Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and you can only schedule for one client before having to pay a ton of money. I have over twenty social accounts that I can schedule all at once.
Sprout Makes Posting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it groups the reviews and posts into one place. It makes posting and responding to reviews a breeze. I love the asset library for storing information on every post, such as hours and websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an excellent way to group the socials for each store without making it a group you switch back and forth from. I want to see a record of what is posted on each social account for a particular restaurant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It groups all of the socials into a dropdown that is easy to select from, making it easier than switching to each account manually.

What do you like best about the product?
All of my analytics are in one place, and I can generate reports on platform metrics and post-performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could generate custom reports to see my company's specific metrics or be able to run benchmark equations. I currently have to set up outside google sheets to determine benchmarks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me to monitor our social presence and engagement, as well as determine the strategy and posting schedule, ie: optimal posting times, platform trends, and helps organize community management.
Social Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things is being able to schedule posts using the optimal time. That way I know the largest audience will beable to see the post I schedule at at that time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the optimal times differ for Facebook and Instagram, I must schedule the same posts separately. It would be better to be able to schedule 1 post and select which time I want it to post on Facebook and which time to schedule it on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving my organizational issues. Having everything together on one platform and easily scheduling or rescheduling posts, being able to schedule reels is a huge problem being solved.
Sprout Social is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
As my company was looking at a new social media management tool, we had many calls with many companies. By far, the initial calls/follow-through with Sprout Social were the best (shoutout to Vince Gargaro). Sprout is very easy to set up and use. My favorite feature is that Sprout gives you the option to post at the most optimal times to maximize engagement with your audience. SproutLink in Bio is another feature we use that has made Instagram users find our content easier and quicker. Their customer service is exceptional and extremely fast in getting back to you. I truly believe Sprout is the best of the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like to schedule our social media posts a few weeks in advance. Obviously, Sprout is instrumental in helping us do that. We look at the analytics too and see what's working and what's not. We keep a close eye on engagement and link clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing the posts in the calendar view and getting detailed analytics reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the nav bar; Sometimes I have a hard time navigating the site because I'm not using it every day (more like once a week). I also dislike how touch sensitive / challenging it is to tag LinkedIn handles - they don't always populate on Sprout, so I have to do it manually after posting it on the LI platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me grow my clientele on social. I get to enhance my clients' voices on social to increase awareness about certain topics and grow our audience engagement.
The Best for Time Management and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I can run several social media profiles for various clients from one place. It cuts down the time I would've probably spent going back and forth on apps. My favorite feature is that clients can approve posts from within Sprout Social!
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes lags, the browser tab has occasionally stopped responding and I've lost progress on a post and have to start from scratch.

It allows me to service all my clients from one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Till now haven't figured out anything wrong or missing. It's fulfilling the business needs for now. Will see in the future if something comes as a challenge.
