Great service, great people, tool is so user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling posts across social channels. As well as it's tagging system. The services team is super knowledgeable and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the full capacity to post certain things to social channels like documents to LinkedIn and Threads in X. Sometimes feels like we just get data back from the services team ant actional insights to help us grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning as far out as a years and the workflows. Kist allows us to slip in content down the line as placeholders so can manage output effectively. Workflo makes it easy to know when my boss has approved all my posts so there is rarely communication breakdowns there.

I really like the scheduling feature. It is so nice to be able to see the calendar and times lined up.

The listening tool is not that intuative.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I can think of, I wish maybe their customer support was slightly more effective but they do a nice job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social offers a suite of tools for monitoring mentions, responding to comments, and managing messages across all your social media channels. This helps you stay connected with your audience in real-time and build meaningful relationships.

Social listening is very low to load data once you change the query.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform's ability to make my life easier, and to ultimately keep me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better ways to integrate/get more more info that's more specific on the TikTok side. Some technical glitches here and there.

It's simplifying my life; content output and management is now streamlined whereas before it was much more manual.
Outstanding Performance!
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me manage all the social media accounts in one place, so I don't have to hop around different apps.The analytics provides valuable insights into engagement metrics, helping on the decisions making. Overall, the features are a must for anyone who works with social media!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools can be slow and the learning process might be difficult. It took me a while to get used to it and learn what eberythinh meant, since I am a beginner. But I definetly recommend!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to approve cases and it's easier because it shows everything together, the post and the reply. It has a delete option, which is really good, and the process time is immediate as well! It optimizes my time since I don't have to open the post on social media; I can see it through the platform.

It helps me track customer success management.

I would like to see more detailed reporting, we still use Meta as a subsidary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows my team to track what our clients are doing and how they are talking about our products. As we pivot to new age tech, this helps us tremendously but on the cutting edge of use trends so that we are not losing customers due to archaic strategies.
Easy, Effective + Great Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a number of other competitor social scheduling platforms and Sprout Social has always been my favorite. Sprout provides robust reposrting, easy to use scheduling and a bunch of other great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the frequency of reporitng errors (i.e. META, Facebook). It makes it hard to properly track for reporting purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling and robust reporting. Having datat allows me to share performance updates with our greater team. With the convenience of scheudling, I can see all planned content across every platform.
Sprout is easy
What do you like best about the product?
there are alot of great functions to create performnace reporting. That is important to us so we can see how our content is performing and why. It is also really easy to schedule posts. We use this every day and it makes our workflow easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to do collaborative posts on sprout. It would be fantastic to use this platform 100% of the time to schedule and engage with our audience instead of having to long into each account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were on brandwatch before and we would have alot of issues with content not publishing. So far that has not been an issue on sprout.
Easy onboarding process and automation of social posting
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule and organize social posts, tag posts to see what kinds of content are performing the best, create reports in minutes that would otherwise take a long time to create. Onboarding process is also very smooth and comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations that would be useful are not available - like social listening for competitors on LinkedIn.
