What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is constantly innovating and always has updates to the platform. The people are the best part of it though. We've had amazing reps who truly feel like partners. The platform itself is user-friendly and clean with terrific export options and makes collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say that I dislike anything. If I have feedback, it gets passed on--I really appreciate that about Sprout! They're fast to act on improvements nad our rep always helps if we have an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves our agency's need for a few things: Collaborating internally and externally, robust reporting, data that improves our team (team reports), all in all, we are able to serve our clients better and have confidence that Sprout is the best possible tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and usability of the app. Anytime we have a question, the Sprout team is always quick to provide a response or help. They also did a great job explaining how to use the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still no dislikes so far! The app is very easy to use. Customer service is 10/10!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing software that most efficiently helps my team manage all of our social media pages in one group. This makes scheduling our posts more time effective and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
New Sprout user here! First, I'm shocked at how quickly we can get a REAL answer from support. This was a pain point for my team and one of the driving factors for us seeking out a new solution. The platform seems much more user-friendly than our previous vendor's, and my team has shared nothing but positive feedback since we switched. Our onboarding process was easy. The reps are kind and treat you like a human. The platform is easy to navigate, and the price point was a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the premium reporting features weren't an upcharge and were part of the standard package. Having a cap on the number of accounts that can be included in a particular folder/group was a slight inconvenience, but easily remedied by our account rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout to monitor and post to our social channels across multiple locations. Having everything in a singular location saves my team time. It's also nice to be able to compare our posts with those of our competitors to see possibilities for growth and change in our own social strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting capabilities. I frequently get asked about overall social media performance and before Sprout, I spent a LOT of time compiling analytics from each platform's analytics database into a cumulative report. Now, I can easily send performance weekly with one click!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I've noticed could be improved is the tagging capabilities within the publishing tool. It takes a long time for tags to pop up, and on certain platforms, they won't pop up at all. It would be great to not have to go back after something is posted to add the tags!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me immensely with reporting and digesting analytics quickly to adjust our content strategy as needed. This benefits me by taking time off my plate that I used to have to dedicate to compiling analytics from each social media platform into one document. Sprout also helps a lot with the management of our profiles and with monitoring the engagement of our community online.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track listening of communities with particular keywords. Option to omit certain keywords is also a useful feature
What do you dislike about the product?
For a beginner the dashboard seems complicated

It helps me track keywords from certain social media websites. Helps me save a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
- Clean user interface
- Robust listening reporting with abilities to filter down topics, themes, etc.
- Clean integrations with outside tools
- Unique features like a link in bio and bot integration
What do you dislike about the product?
- Wish shared reports allowed for users to select filters, labels, etc.; adjust date ranges; make shared reports more digestible for folks without user seats
- Wish custom reporting allowed for taking in stats from across the platform; bummer that GA is a separate report included and that listening and other features are so limited here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time -- I am a one-person social media and PR team for a global company, so having a tool that has robust listening, strong tags/ labeling for reporting, employee advocacy, etc. all in one place is really important for my role

What do you like best about the product?
I like the approval workflows. It makes my job really easy when I can draft up posts for a week or two in advance, and then ship then to my supervisor all at once for review.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt let me save my posts as a draft, so if I need to pause or step away from my post creation, it doesn't let me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines my work interdepartmentally. It simplifies running around, sending screenshots, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, can connect multiple accounts and users, posting and scheduling for several channels are intuitive and efficient, calendar view, reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule/post directly to Instagram - more likely to just use Meta scheduling for this feature instead; add Threads?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easier to manage multiple brands with multiple channels all in one place so I can be more productive and creative

Great product for managing social content

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is the best tool we've found to manage organic content for our clients. It helps us stay organized with deploying content schedules and does this in a simple easy to understand way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if sprouts pricing wasn't so aggressive for additional users. We sometimes need more users on the account and the pricing is wildly complicated with profiles and users etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped us manage content and report on progress toward our major KPIs for clients. We've been able to grow accounts and show data in visual ways that helps keep clients.
