A great way to manage your social profiles
What do you like best about the product?
I love that when I make a post, it gives me options on times to post and will let me know the optimal time to post. I think that is a beneficial tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just the format is a bit confusing. The only aspect that I really have a slight issue with is that when I post on Sprout, it doesn't show the post on my planner in my other social media managing accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am new to marketing in general, and Sprout has made it easy for me to get a jump start on the marketing process. Especially by allowing me to schedule a large quantity of posts at once.
Great social content planning and distribution system
What do you like best about the product?
It makes planning, scheduling and posting social content across platforms very easy. I also especially appreciate the insights/analytics to track how posts fare.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could access more competitive and listening information on the site without having to pay extra.
Also, knit-picky, but I wish you could tag people on LinkedIn posts, whereas now you can only tag organizations via Sprout.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to budget my time more wisely for content posts. Being able to schedule them in advance and use suggested posting times is a game changer.
And the way you can distill and pull social performance is amazing. I can break out so much information and track progress over specific periods of time. It's awesome.
Also, with notifications set up, I can see that a customer or client has asked a question or posted and respond to them promptly.

Enjoying getting to know the platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can get information at a glance or drill down to get more specifics or see individual messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to get more demographic information but I don't think that is a limitation of the platform, just of the data available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social helps me to gather additional contextual information about a given topic area. Also alerts me to subtopics that I may not have thought about.

What do you like best about the product?
With Sprout, we can actually report on the success of our social media efforts. Scheduling posts is really easy and can be done across all sorts of social channels. We can clearly see which posts are getting the most engagement and what is driving growth across our profiles. This was not something that we have been able to do until now.
Also, having the ability to setup campaigns and assign tags to different posts is a great feature that helps segment our content and, again, improves our reporting capabilities

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any issue so far. There's some functionality that I haven't explored in detail yet, but in my opinion, Sprout Social has really helped us up our social media game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we were not able to really track how well our social media was performing and scale it in a way that would allow us to grow our channels. We're now seeing fantastic engagement and follower increases on LinkedIn. Being able to report to senior management with accurate statistics is great and the way we use social media has only improved.

The ease of use and several intuitive functions.

Sometimes the smart inbox glitches in layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many to mention! Social listening reports, monitoring important comments and dms, sorting out important followers...it's helped us tremendously get to know our audience!

Being able to see all of your social media accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seeing all the feeds from all of those accounts isn't always helpful and can become chaotic to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes my social media posts consistent and ensures maximum exposure.

The metrics tracking and reporting are some of the best feautures of Sprout Social when compared to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Sprout Social had a native app for MacBooks.

The analytics it provides help us understand what our audiences are responding to.
Versatile Social Software
What do you like best about the product?
Planning, scheduling and presenting to our clients is so easy through Sprout!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish GA4 and Google Ads integrated into the analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our social media planning and processes are in one software.
The tool is amazing, for management, distribution, monitoring and reporting. Nothing beats Sprout.

The UI is such a step up from all the competition. It's expensive, but really hits the mark across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the pricing was more competitive, but it is justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling us to see what's happeni g with our brand and keep everything social in one spot. It reduces clicks and time to do something that should be easy anyways.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and intuitive to use. We also received a thorough onboarding at the beginning. The EmployeeAdvocacy tool it has is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything significant. Maybe the fact that sometimes that posts fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to keep track of all posts/messages across all social media networks we are on and respond in a timely manner. Since I'm in a different time zone than our main target audience, the scheduling capability (along with 'best time to post') comes in handy!
