What do you like best about the product?
I am happy to be part of the Sprout Social team. It's a new experience for me to support our customers through Sprout. I've been doing this for about a year and notice that players are getting more active and comfortable on those channels. We are receiving more contacts than we used to, and there is still a lot of room to expand
What do you dislike about the product?
When multiple direct messages from different customers are incoming, is difficult to handle, as many chat windows needed to open,( so we sort it one by one, message by message) and sometimes customers message not updating live, has to close chat and reopen to see if customer replied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When busy / unavailable Phone or Live-Chat support, due to an incident or smthg else, customers can easily catch up with us on those channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is really easy to use, very user friendly . It is very easy to replay and to find old contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the color of the tool. All other thinks are very cool an usefull
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I replay to customer queries concerning our organisation related to the social media. Because of the toll I am more productive and the business performance increades.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the reporting features - it makes it so easy to see month-to-month statistics and also compare them against clients' competitors. Also, I love using Sprout for community management (responding to messages/comments) to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I've been a Sprout user over the years, they have continuously come out with new features and updates. Currently, I just wish there were more capabilities for Instagram community management (responding to comments etc.), as that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never missing a comment/message across all channels and across multiple different clients. Also, to be able to confidently schedule posts for future dates across platforms is a huge bonus. And the in-depth reporting and analytics is an awesome tool as well.

What do you like best about the product?
- Super straightforward and easy to use
- The analytics and traking
- The ability to manage my inboxes through the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
- The instagram scheduling feature (having to mpst manual videos to nistagram sometimes)
- Unable to tag indivudials
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics, tracking and reporting tools have enabled us to get a wider perspective on our content strategy, which is extremely important as an employer brand team.
As a team of various structures and level, the approval process flow has been super beneficial to make sure the leaders in the team have wide insight to the content going out, and we can align across the the whole business.

Social Audits - reviewing monthly engagements + performances, top performances, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connections don't always work, and I've had trouble in the past with getting the correct data. But customer support has helped.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes scheduling for multiple clients easy and uncomplicated. Sprout's analytics are insightful and action-oriented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout doesn't always warn you when an account is about to disconnect, which can cause failed posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps save time when it comes to posting and makes monitoring social easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social for scheduling social content and analytics. It helps with team workflow by having approval workflows that allow everyone on the team to review and approve content. This enhances collaboration and results in better content output. The initial setup was very easy which made it a smooth start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes one can get lost in the UI.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use. My account representative and customer support are both incredibly responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Smart Inbox can be hard to navigate since so many messages come in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the updates that they are making to their reporting platform. The customizable reports have made it easier for me to communicate with my clients and Sprout has continued to make that software better.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy for us to interact with our customers across multiple platforms all in one place! We can easily address our potential customers and create engaging responses. We can also use the listening insight tool to keep up with our competitors and hot industry topics!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social doesn't quite yet integrate well with showing all history responses or connecting well with platforms like TikTok to the best of its ability yet but I can see these improving in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is connecting the bridge between our potential customers who see our social media with questions. We are able to not only answer these questions but provide resources from our website with more information. We also are able to collect direct leads and continue the growth of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is fast, user-friendly and so fluid that makes managing social channels a breeze. We can keep our customers in the loop 24/7 with zero issues and zero investment in spending time in training agents when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally, nothing to dislike about the tool. The tool works perfectly and does the needful. It's easy to navigate and use, so yes, no complaints at all.
