Sprout is essential for social media reporting, scheduling, and managing your communities.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has all of the social media tools you need in one place. It makes scheduling content easy, keeping track of inbox messages efficient, and implementing an employee advocacy strategy with your company flawless. It works great for our team! We use this tool every day!

The customer support has been fantastic too. Our customer rep is always one email away and gets back to us with answers fast. We found this tool easy to integrate into our every day working lives!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is a pricey investment, so it truly depends from company to company if this is a tool you can afford to implement into your strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the reports to make strategic decisions on what content to post going forward. We can sort by engagements and more.

It also has been a great tool to get our employee advocacy tool off the ground and running. I really like using the newsletter feature as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling, ability to add different accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule the same post across multiple channels in one shot. Calendar view is a little wonky. Often run into issues where posts don't go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to schedule posts in advance and keep somewhat of a running calendar across several accounts all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the reporting features most helpful about Sprout. I like being able to see social media metrics for all or one of my organization's profiles at a glance. Customer support has also been helpful in times when I'm experiencing a particular issue that I can't find an answer to in online forums or Google searching. I had not used Sprout prior to my current organization and personally found it intuitive to use and pickup. I use Sprout occasionally to post across my organization's social media channels, however I mostly use it when it comes time to present marketing data to my team every quarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Myself and my team members sometimes find ourselves posting natively instead of within Sprout because occasionally, the preview that Sprout shows is not the same as what actually appears when the post is published. This is important given that ease of publishing is a big part of Sprout's offering, and if it is more difficult to post using Sprout than natively, I might consider moving away from the platform altogether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would take a very long time for me to compile analytics, data and trends across all of my organization's social media channels for any given time period if I were to do so manually. Therefore, Sprout provides the ease and convenience of providing post performance and profile performance reports which I use in the creation and presentation of marketing data reports to my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers every single service that a social media professional might want from their social scheduling software, whether that professional is looking for simple (best times, post drafting) or advanced options (social listening, post tagging).
What do you dislike about the product?
The fault for this may lay with the platforms and not Sprout itself, but it's often difficult to tag accounts on Facebook and LinkedIn, even if typing in the exact username, when drafting in Sprout instead of natively. I have had to leave Sprout and draft natively a few times to ensure I can use the tags I'd like, but it does frustrate me, since then I cannot manage that post as effectively until it's published (and then I can apply tags, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows for a lot of one-stop-shop work that saves me hours of work that I'd have to do if I was going to each platform individually (which is something I've done before, without Sprout, so I speak from experience). I especially appreciate its analytics customization options, letting me generate reports based on specific posts, and including specific and customizable metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user friendly, posting, tracking analytics and insights and creating new ways to divide data to best support your work is easy within Sprout. We use it daily to monitor our social accounts, post in advance and reply to messages our accounts receive. It integrates easily with our social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The version of Sprout we have has limited set amount of users, which can be a problem if you have several team members who need to access your social platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us schedule posts ahead of time so that a social media manager does not have to post in real time daily. I love that Sprout also shows the optimal times for posting for your audiences. It also makes pulling analytics easy and data can be divided in many ways.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been great from day one. From generating reports to scheduling posts, it's easy to access all areas of Sprout and get what I need. Sprout is simple and easy to understand, while providing in-depth social media data and information. In addition to desktop, the Sprout Social app makes it easy to monitor social accounts while on-the-go or after business hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I thoroughtly enjoy Sprout Social, I wish it provided hashtag suggestions when creating posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring accounts after business hours or while I'm on-the-go has always been a challenge. The app solves this problem and makes it easy to know when users are engaging with our content. Additinally, Sprout has made generating reports for different timelines simple.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and customer support are the main reasons why I constantly sing Sprout Social's praises!
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Sprout is related to YouTube reporting and publishing. Currently, when you publish to YouTube through Sprout Social, content monetization does not turn on automatically. Users still need to go to YouTube directly to enable monetization. If Sprout could address this issue, it would be a significant improvement for our user group, who would truly appreciate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company relies on Sprout to streamline social publishing workflows and deliver precise reporting to internal stakeholders. We also use it to monitor and address content performance, and we are now fully embracing the Listening feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The publishing tool is user friendly. With advanced tools like optimal publishing time and AI assist, scheduling social posts is easy. I also frequently use the listening feature and smart inbox to monitor conversations about the brand across channels. Reporting is easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently come across issues when it comes to actually posting content. Sometimes the app sends me a notification to publish Instagram posts, other times it will just publish automatically, there's really no consisency there. Also, I feel that the video quality isn't as good when we publsih through Sprout so we often publish videos directly from the phone and not through the sprout app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to know the best possible time to publish posts for each channel, and the AI assist tool are both great features.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and customizable for each user for viewing. The scheduling tool is comprehensive. The ability to collaborate with other teammates is important for efficiency and consistency in the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
would like option for more than 30 days of social listening.

Scheduling ahead of time is valuable to us.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how time-saving Sprout is. It's so easy to schedule posts and the platform is very good about letting you know/emailing you when issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! There are some tech issues now and again but it's never ongoing long enough where it's an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time that I would have to spend drafting content for multiple platforms is benefiting my time spent doing other things in my job that can benefit my career!
