What do you like best about the product?

Understanding how to use all the tool and features can be daunty and sometimes difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
As an avid user of social media management tools, I can confidently say that Sprout Social stands out for its robust features and user-friendly interface. My experience with this software has been overwhelmingly positive, especially when it comes to the content calendar and analytics capabilities. The content calendar simplifies scheduling and organization, while the comprehensive analytics provide valuable insights to optimize your social media strategy. For anyone looking to streamline their social media management and make data-driven decisions, Sprout Social is a top choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit posts across different platforms on one editing page, rather than making duplicates. That is one thing about Hubspot that I always liked. At times it is difficult to get questions answered by their customer support team, as calling them is easier than email or chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social addresses multiple challenges in social media management. By streamlining content scheduling, centralizing management, providing in-depth analytics, enhancing engagement, and improving social listening, Sprout Social offers comprehensive solutions that drive efficiency, improve strategy, and boost our overall social media performance.

A very helpful tool for social media scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
I love looking at the publishing calendar and being able to see what days I have social media posts scheduled for. I also appreciate being able to schedule everything in one place and even post the same thing across different forms of social media. I also LOVE the integration with Canva, as it definitely makes the process simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features in Sprout Social that I sometimes worry I'm not actually getting the best use out of it, but I find the interface a little overwhelming. However, this doesn't negatively impact what I am using Sprout for; I just feel like I could be doing more with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to schedule all of my social media posts for the company in one spot, rather than having to go to each individual platform. This saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Composing a post is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Sprout automatically shortens links, posts to multiple sites and even calculates the most effective send times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have issues every now and then uploading photos or links but the delay could also be internet connection related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me Monitor and engage Social media outlets and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about using Sprout Social is how user-friendly the platform is. I like how easy it is to reach out to a representative if you have any questions. I also really like the smart inbox and the content calendar along with the approval process. As an intern, it makes it easier to have my boss approve of what I write before scheduling it in the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Sprout Social is the way you have to set up the listening tool. It is a long process and I didn't quite understand how to set up the tool. However, once the tool is set in place, it helps to see what people are talking about relating to brand health, how they feel about recruitment, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this time, the only problem our marketing department has with Sprout Social is the rising annual cost. It is getting harder to fit within our budget, but the representatives are good with adjusting to fit our budget restrictions.

A comprehensive look at your social media channels

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding/implementation process was very thorough, and the SS team has been extremely responsive to any/all questions we've had!
They also have a lot of great features on the platform, but my favorite so far has been their reporting tools and organization structures. Other platforms I tried didn't have a simple tagging system for organizing content, so being able to use Sprout's campaigns and tags has immensely improved our ability to report on specific topics. The publishing options are also really great and easy to use!
Features we use on a daily basis include reports, publishing, and the smart inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we see the value in the listening tool, it had a steep learning curve and for a smaller team to be managing the platform, it's difficult to integrate its use into our workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting capabilities. We weren't able to effectively report on performance of different types of posts (i.e. brand vs event promo vs product), but the tagging and campaign organizing options have changed the game for us. We can now use this data

Effortless Inbox Management, Needs Better Social Listening

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how super simple and user-friendly Sprout Social is for inbox management and role setup. It has been a huge help in managing messages from all accounts in one space, significantly reducing the time spent on inbox management. The platform is easy to navigate, making it simple to set up roles and special tags, contributing to a seamless user experience. The ease of narrowing down the type of messages and using saved responses further enhances its functionality. Sprout Social's intuitive design and efficiency in these areas are features I find most useful, and it's these aspects that would make me choose it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not satisfied with the social listening capabilities of Sprout Social. They are not as robust as other platforms available in the market. While they are adequate for getting started, they fall short when it comes to diving deep and uncovering comprehensive insights. This limitation requires me to use additional software like YouScan to fill in the gaps in social listening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social consolidates messages from 20 different accounts, significantly decreasing the time spent on inbox management and providing a huge benefit in efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the detailed analytics that Sprout Social offers. As a social media specialist who has monthly analytics meetings with the social media team, I feel very confident in sharing my findings, what has worked and not worked in terms of social posts. I have seen how understanding analytics for our social media has helped in increasing engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't use Sprout Social for everything, e.g I'd like to add links to stories and customise stories in Sprout but this feature is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps to schedule posts quickly and easily. I like that I can schedule social post in advance in bulk, which allows me to focus on other aspects of my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling posts and the ability to move them around and edit them easily if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was the ability to post in Facebook groups but that is mostly an issue with Facebook not Sprout.

Sprout social give me a central point for most of my social media posting needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout allows me and my team to participate in the social post review process seamlessly. I also love that I am able to depend on my content going live. I've never had a problem finding any tool that I need in the platform, and advanced reporting is AMAZING. Shanyah, my support contact is also top-notch. She is super responsive and always makes helpful suggestions, understanding that not every platform is for everyone. I am in Sprout every day and I can't recommend it enough!
What do you dislike about the product?
We also are often using the collaborator feature on Instagram, which bums me out that I can't use the Link in Bio feature on a post that was not posted by us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves our need for a reporting product, a tool for the social media approval process, and improves my reply time when responding to customer comments/questions, thanks to Smart Inbox.
