Perfect for those who wear many hats
What do you like best about the product?
As a person who runs all the digital facing content in a small orginization, this is a must have tool. This makes engaging regularly with your audience easy. I use Sprout every day and it's absolutley essential to what I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could schedule stories on social media. Sometimes the analytic reports have errors and I've run into a few issues with Sprout having issues posting and then deleting the scheduled content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to plan advanced content to fill up our page through the scheduling feature. Sprout has made running multiple social media accounts a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
the convenience and how everything is very integrated and new things always happening. The customer service is great! Very responsive and having a rep helps very much

minor things I wish werent so buggy and that you could save projects from canva that lived in canva

being able to schedule across multiple platforms for the same user/businesses aand be able to go back in and see when things were scheduled
Sprout Social for Google Review Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout gathers all of our customers' Google Reviews into one place and makes it extremely easy to organize and respond to them. I use this feature daily and it really makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report pulling options for the Reviews portion could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps provide my team with a singular place to manage our customer interactions across our social platforms. It allows me to see their volume, while also providing me with the opportunity to pull reporting on this. As I also manage Google reviews myself, the Reviews tab also makes my job easier.
The best social media management solution on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
As an agency managing 30+ social media clients, Sprout Social makes it easy to share content, track trends, engage our community and provide reports. We've found it much more intuitive than other tools we've tried, and it's seamless to integrate into our existing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only issue with Sprout Social over the 5+ years we've used the tool have been around the availability of help. We sometimes find that the live chat feature isn't working, or that our rep is a little delayed in replying to time-sensitive requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows our team to manage multiple clients across social media platforms, allowing us to be more time-efficient and responsive to our communities' needs.
Great Growth - Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one platform and my fingertips has given me time back to strategize content and breakdown KPIs, in return making our social strategy more effective and powerful. The employee Advocacy program has also been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to have great tools for DTC type use cases with not as many B2B feautres.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

User friendly with helpful resources
What do you like best about the product?
The vast array of resources have helped me learn a lot about social media management. I also really appreciate all of the reporting I am to do through Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive. I also wish there was an integration with Asana, our project management software, because that would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, reporting, and transparency. Sprout allows me to more easily schedule out our social media calendar. I'm also able to pull reports that i can share with my team members which I've found very helpful.
Easy to pick-up social management platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Sprout is how intuitively everything is designed. It's allowed me to onboard several members of my team and they've had no issues with learning how to use Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization uses Microsoft Dynamics as our CRM. It seems like integration with the Dynamics platform might be a little more complex than other integrations that Sprout offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to schedule our social media content in advance. It also gives us social media analytics and allows us to create lists to track our top engagers and influencers.
The best social-media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
What's best about Sprout Social is that everything you need to manage and understand your social-media management and performance is all in one place. It's easy to access and everything makes sense. Sprout can handle multiple platforms and accounts, making it perfect for a small agency like mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can sometimes be issues connecting with accunts. For instance, admin privileges for one of my clients was with another agency which had gone out of business. We couldn't retrieve the passwords and privileges, and couldn't connect the accounts to Sprout. But that's not a Sprout thing as much as it is a Meta thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us track social-media performance and giving us insight into the larger conversations surrounding my clients' brands.
Making life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout daily in my job. It not only brings in all of my notifications and comments into one, easy to read window, it allows me to easily post to each of my accounts at one time. Further than that, it knows the best times to post to my channels based on our follower's activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, and it's not entirely Sprout's fault, but the social media platforms continually change their API rules, making it hard at times to get accurate numbers.

Srpout also has very stout reporting capabilities allowing me to measure my success and compare it to our competitors.
Essential multifaceted tool for social management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an essential tool for our marketing business. I use it every day to schedule posts, collaborate with colleagues, and review analytics. It is super nice to have a single place to manage all of our socials, and is great to be able to preview posts before sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some quirks and limitations in user experience (tagging other accounts in posts can be finicky; videos uploaded through Sprout have limited customized options).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it more efficient to manage our socials. Collates all of our analytics in one place. Allows us to comment and tag other team members so we can edit posts together.
