Sprout social is great
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of posting across multiple platforms and the ability to look at analytics, comments, messages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting things from drafts can be a pain because you have to post separately or you can't work on multiple posts when one is being drafted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being about to post across many platforms at once and choosing the best time to post.
Comprehensive and powerful platform for the right brands
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout is one singular platform to manage social media. There are countless features available in the platform to help streamline work for social media managers and their teams. The reporting and analytics is very helpful when looking for specific pieces of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to LinkedIn data, which can be challenging if that is the primary social media channel for you. Since there is so much you can do with the platform, it can also be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still navigating through the platform and learning how to use it. At this time it isn't benefiting me or not benefiting me, it is neutral.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the team to manage a variety of things in one place for multiple different clients. It saves a large amount of time!
Great for performance reports
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of reporting that it can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one improvement that I would make would be, that I was able to post photos of different ratios in a carousel on Instagram. Currently when I post on Instagram through sprout, it crops my images to all be the same size.

User Friendly and Complete
What do you like best about the product?
I love that sprout social focuses on making such a complicated platform feel usable. It's easy for me to explain how things work to people who may not have experience with these kinda of platforms. I use sprout daily for listening and community management. The support team is great and friendly and onboarding was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was better customization for reporting. I find that the exported reports are not useful to share with my wider team and usually end up taking the data and working it into my own format.

Sprout helps me keep everything in one place, organize my analytics, and pull data quickly for wider team asks.

Sprout Social consolidates multiple social media platforms into a single dashboard, which makes it easier to manage multiple accounts.

The scheduling capabilities and the features that allow duplication of content across channels is time-saving.

The listening capabiltiies aren't the best, often resulting in us using third-party platforms which results in us using Sprout for listening less frequently.

Sprout allows us as an agency, to work smarter instead of harder, giving us the tools to schedule and analyse content quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick and easy it is to contact a Sprout representative. I don't know if it's been 100% effective for my questions but I appreciate the quickness of hearing back from someone and them trying their best to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too major - my initial onboarding conversation was okay. I was a bit annoyed by the fact that my representative suggest that I asked chat GPT for help with an issue that I've been having since the end of March which was linking my IG to a FB page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps with being able to schedule content out in advance, the competitor analysis is great, and being able to pull reports for each quarter has been easy and straight forward!
Creates Numerous Efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
If you're in the world of social media, Sprout undoubtedly makes your life easier. It's superior to most scheduling platforms and far and away better than manual posting. The ability to post to multiple accounts in one fell swoop is massively efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is like all other scheduling platforms in the sense that the desire to use audio from the social platforms has made it difficult to schedule many posts. If you want to use trending audio, you'll need to manually post. From the "client" side of Sprout, there are also some issues in the workflows for approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving our need for greater efficiency in the process of handling social.
Daily use
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an easy way to aggregate your social listening in one place. We use the Analytics toolset on a constant basis to review performance and are now using the Employee Advocacy tool to help increase our footprint in social.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could you faster integrations with Linkedin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are forever thirsty for analytics and Sprout solve this.
