Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidates all my scheduling in one place

Scheduling and duplicating for content across multiple platforms as opposed to tailoring content all in one window

Allows us to manage all of our social media platforms in one place as opposed to individually on each platform

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful and intuitive tool that makes social media community management and reporting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the scheduled posts will fail to publish. It could be hard to identify why.

Scheduling and community management.
Sprout has streamlined our client social media management!
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar aspect and workflows are the most helpful part of Sprout Social. It makes planning and creating so much easier for client profiles. The workflows work for our small company, so everything gets seen and approved before going out!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I haven't liked about Sprout Social is that you can't tag people on Instagram when creating a post in Sprout Social. Other than that, it's sometimes frustrating that team conversations on a post waiting for approval disappear when edits are made to the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client management is the problem Sprout is solving for us. I work for a full-fledged marketing firm, so we do a lot of social media management for clients in a variety of industries. Having separate groups for clients, separate calendars, and separate workflows all in a centralized location is great!
Simple and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I like the publish and scheduling functionality. It useful to be able to put out a consistent message across all platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I dont have any disliked. Using this service has been simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving organizational barriers for us. With some many moving pieces in our company it was difficult to get each departments message out the customer.
Very Easy to Understand
What do you like best about the product?
I like the team conversations. It is very helpful because some of our team is remote and it is an easy tool to use for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure how to view my teammate's conversations by hitting the conversation tab, working on figuring that out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a huge influx of messages every day and it is so simple to log into sprout and send messages out. Also, the bulk scheduling is amazing!!
Sprout has been helpful in managing my many clients accounts. It was a seamless set up as well.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule for so many platforms and for so many clients. The unlimited account options was much needed in my case.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was given optimal times for posts all in one instead of having to schedule and duplicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently do social scheduling for 14 clients on five platforms. It was impossible to keep track accurately of what was scheduled. To make matters worse, the native platforms are awful in terms of user friendliness.
The best tool for the management and administration of social networks
What do you like best about the product?
What we like the most as an organization of the SproutSocial platform is the management level through the tools it provides to plan, manage and create content in all our social networks. One of the most powerful tools is the ability to develop a schedule to duplicate content; the truth is that sometimes we do not have the time to create new content, and this tool solves our life. It has an elementary scheduling calendar for publications. We can not fail to mention that you have a support team that quickly addresses any issues once they are notified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few dislikes we have of the SproutSocial platform; however, we can not fail to mention that it becomes pretty tedious not to be able to make any modification of publications failure; usually, when it happens, q must create from scratch the entire publication to be able to redo the publication taking the time that is appreciated. It would be beneficial to have a tool to group all the posts with different publication times.

Saving time by being able to manage in such depth all the information we have on all our social media platforms, all from one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and reporting tools are great. Very useful for social listening/monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a little confusing, would be good to have hashtag tracking on twitter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's mandatory for our client businesses that any social interactions be monitored, managed and records retained for future audits. Sprout does a good job at supporting this.
Great platform for business social platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing social posts across several platforms makes working in organic social easier than posting natively. Their customer service reps are incredibly helpful when issues arise. The platform is intuitive, and easy to navigate. Reporting is clear and thorough across necessary metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues arising from account authorization leads to failed posts, which can cause issues days or even weeks after a post has failed. LinkedIn could have greater functionality, including tagging individual accounts and posting PDF carousels rather than requiring native tagging and posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee advocacy and shortening the amount of time our employees spend writing, reviewing, and posting social content across several social channels. This has increased productivity for our team.
Easy to use and great features
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling social media posts and managing the accounts has been made super simple with Sprout Social. Also, I love the detailed and accurate reports generated. Their customer support and onboarding is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of as of now. Still in an early stage of using it. And even if there are any issues, the customer success team is always quick to help.

Sprout social has helped our team streamline the way we handle our social media accounts. It also helps me save a ton of time. More than that, it helps produce detailed reports. in no time.
