Sprout for Non-profit
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes social media marketing easy. It takes away the stress and automates everything for you. It has increased our productivity and volume of posts exponentially. It also makes post-tracking easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is not always so user-friendly. I struggle with finding the features I would like to use. Sprout offers a training which is very helpful but it is hard to apply what was taught into practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social listening and scheduling posts.
Great All-Encompassing Social Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule posts and add notes for post concepts. The analytics tool is great to understand profile performance. Smart Inbox is a life-saver when it comes to knowing who's talking about your brand and being able to respond efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calendar tool was a little more interactive/intuitive and it's a barrier for use that tagging can't be streamlined across platforms when scheduling a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smart Inbox creates one central location to see and respond to all notifications which is huge. The calendar tool allows me to plan out our content weeks in advance and schedule posts to go live even when I'm OOO.
Great social media scheduling solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, great functionality with reduced amounts of errors that other platforms run into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's analytics can be a bit hard to navigate and doesn't allow for unique analytic boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout as our social media scheduler and for analytics. It has made these processes much easier to navigate and implement.
Saving Time and Frustration
What do you like best about the product?
Over the years we've tried many scheduling programs to take the burden of scheduling in nets off our teams shoulders. Sprout has been a game changer in getting our content on client pages without the frustration of dealing with business suite. Their customer service has been a huge lift in getting any errors resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they do a great job mitigating errors, some meta glitches do still come through. But that's more of a meta problem then sprout. I'd also love to see more robust support for client approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves so much time which frees me up for bigger projects!
Streamlined Social Management with a Clunky Mobile App
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Sprout Social allows us to maintain a high response rate, usually hitting our target of 100% through its features. The platform is straightforward to use, and the layout of the scheduling tool, the publishing section, and especially the calendar view, are very effective for our needs. I love the ability to task certain posts to clients for feedback before we proceed with responses, which ensures we get the necessary context. Another feature I enjoy is the cross-network posting capability, which lets us customize captions and creatives per platform in a single post, all within a centralized calendar view. It's very beneficial for organization reasons, especially since everything can be done all in one platform. Additionally, the initial setup was easy and smooth, with no issues, which is a testament to its user-friendly design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a bit problematic, as our community manager struggles to task things to our clients through the app, necessitating the use of the desktop version instead. Additionally, the approval workflow on the app is quite clunky, requiring us to click in and out of each folder to access the correct post for review and approval, which feels cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social keeps us organized, aids in planning posts for clients, manages community interactions, and ensures timely responses. We achieve nearly 100% response rates and can schedule, publish, and manage content across platforms seamlessly.

Publishing & listening are awesome, as is data collection & review.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to collab on IG is a frustrating feature that would be great if added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publishing from a single source makes my day-to-day work a lot easier.
Great for scheduling across platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to produce/schedule content across multiple platforms. Love the reports and how customized you can organize the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have gotten incorrect data, largely when pulling from Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than having to post content live, it's great to be able to schedule - I do once a week, and then I don't have to worry about maintaining an online presence.
A Great Overall Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to post to multiple accounts at once to simplify efforts and maximize results. I also appreciate the reporting feedback options to track how our posts can be most effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to access our page feeds from Sprout as well - like be able to view our feed on X or Facebook specifically. I'd also like to be able to do poll or interactive posts through Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of posting across multiple flatforms at once while tracking each posts's performance. It saves so much time and effort on our team's side.
Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how intuitive the platform is. You can figure out how to work with it quite easily as every function makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is inconvinient when you cannot see all the content that comes through as there are images/photos that do not load up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage social media for all our brands and sub-brands.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the organizational features of the platform, especially the ability to create smart inboxes. Being able to customize which channels I monitor and filter out specific content makes managing communications much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to see better synchronization across the app and other platforms. For example, when I respond to a DM on Instagram, the message still appears in my smart inbox as incomplete. I can see my response, but I have to manually mark it as done. Additionally, the search functionality could be more intuitive. It would be helpful to more easily find previous interactions by using keywords or filters.

Sprout is helping me organize incoming DMs and mentions so we can respond to all in a timely manner while also identify trends and raise concerns to various stakeholders in the business.
