What do you like best about the product?
I like how all components for each social media platform are combined into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little laggy and slow to load.

It's helping us provide detailed responses to patients in an appropriate and professional way

What do you like best about the product?
I've only recently started using Sprout Social, but it has already far exceeded expectations. There are many great analytics and listening tools that give us a far better insight to our social media platforms as a business, with much less effort!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas of the platform that are very complicated. There are many many options for different pieces of data to be included in reports, which whilst great from a customizability standpoint, but can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps manage social media presence, saves time, improves engagement & analytics. All of this greatly helps our small marketing team as it allows us to direct our effort elsewhere.

Great efficiency and convenience for social channel management and analysis

What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool to schedule the weekly publication of visual content to our social networks, and it has not given us any problems; instead, it has been a relief of time and effort for the whole team. I also love the analytical functions it integrates; it allows us to monitor the performance of our campaigns, of each publication, and above all, the listening of social networks, the latter makes it even more valuable for us. At the interface level, it is perfect, well designed and neat. We also enjoy its reporting tool; these have been useful for presenting positive and negative qualities, feedback, and strategically making digital marketing decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is excellent within our work environment, and its performance has been better than expected, but its price is high; it is an expensive software compared to others in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has had a fantastic performance and integrates easily with the social networking platforms that are managed within the organization; it allows us to work in an organized manner both individually and collectively; everyone knows what they have to do within the platform, and the work is more organized and therefore more productive. It is a tool that is used daily, its implementation has been a great success, and we hope the improvements will continue.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the scheduling feature is built out and all the functions that it has within it. I also love how many platforms are integrated into Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have found that I don't like so far, is that you can only connect the e-commerce platform to one client. I have multiple clients who have e-commerce sites so this is a bummer, especially for a marketing agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me a lot of time in not having to hop to all different platforms just to post the same content. I am definitely more productive!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling, the schedule + duplicate feature, and the Chrome extension!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not like the layout of Sprout Link. I think it could stand to be way more customizable and allow for more link buttons than the one in the right corner. I love Sprout, but Later has the better link in bio.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes planning, managing and creating social media content super simple. I love how organized the calendar is and how easy it is to schedule posts. Another feature I enjoy is the optimized time suggestions- I have noticed an increase in engagement after using this feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue I have had when posting to Instagram is when the photo aspect ratios are different. The preview will show the photos posting correctly, but if they are different sizes they will zoom in when actually posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout takes the complication and guesswork out of posting to social media. It allows me to do everything in one place, stay organized and see patterns on what content is performing the best and what times work best as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social helps me stay organized when planning posts. I enjoy the content calendar provided. Also, the support staff is excellent. They always get back to me quickly whenever I have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing we would like to see is the competitor metrics on LinkedIn, but we understand that it's a LinkedIn privacy issue. Other than that everything has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really haven't had any problems for Sprout Social to solve except for minor detail regarding a past employee having access and getting it changed over to another.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting analytics where I can see the best performing posts and even get specifics around time, photo vs video etc to help me plan the next post successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can look a little busy on the calendar when posting but when you get used to it, it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most engaging posts and how to make them more engaging and when to post - with the reporting area, I can identify the best times and also the best ways to post to get the most people looking and being active on our site.

The place to go for social management

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface. Sprout Social is super easy to use. Training and customer service are also great. I like the weekly progress reports, so I know whether or not I am on track with my social goals. Very happy the I chose Sprout Social
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were an easy way to store frequently used hashtags. The product is a little pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me to manage my time better. Rather than posting daily, I can schedule posts in advance, and they just roll out as planned. They have a place in the platform called Sprou Queue where you can add content, and if you are unable to post for some reason, they will automatically send out saved content for you.
