a great product for all kinds of SMMs!
What do you like best about the product?
very intuitive, user-friendly, love the customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
the app can be buggy sometimes, and i don't like that it can take up to 20 or more minutes for the link in bio to show up

scheduling all of our content and understanding best times to post, including insightful analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy having a tool where people who aren't familiar with Social Media as much as our team can easily access and digest valuable listening data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small gripe: Setting date ranges within sprout affect all reporting dashboards. You can not have individual monthly/quarterly dashboards, but there are workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to scale and organize our social media operations with multiple business units within various pillars.
SproutSocial was the perfect solution for our social posting and sponsor reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use posting to Sprout social is great. The ability to generate quick reports on all social platforms makes it great for our sponsor recaps. The customer support is great as well. The implementation was seamless and turned on within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't love the high cost per user but it seems to be the going rate these days for something like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of partners that we need to provide quarterly social recaps for and Sprout Social made generating these so seamless.

I really like the ease of use and the ease of integration with our social media platforms!

There isn't much i dislike! It does take a while to get used to it as there is a lot of detail, which in itself isn't a bad thing at all!

the interface is easy to use and the report session is great to have insights

some keywords will not filter properly so we still receive messages that was supposed to be out.

Powerful software for social reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy! Sprout Social was set up for a new client so we could easily pull reports in real-time across all of our platforms. It is simple and intuitive to use and multiple reports can be generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is that engagement metrics also include clicks. Depending on how your team defines engagement, this can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software helps us save time by aggregating all in the same place. We can set up campaigns and also push creative from one platform across all.
Very Useful Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all my posts in calendar view and to schedule automatic posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's too many tools that it gets cluttered and difficult to find things sometimes. It would also be helpful to provide reports and suggestions based on analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is great for individual posts for a single location, but where it really stands out is in being able to do both posts for multiple locations but also the ability to schedule the posts to multiple sites at specific times including options for things like your Google page that other competitors don't have the ability to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the imaging available in the library are hard to flip through to find the best images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to schedule posts to multiple sites at once for future dates, and also provides quality analytics to allow us to track how our posts are doing to pivot if they're not effective.
Very helpful tool to quickly post to many pages at once.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the inbox the best. I'm not posting as much as other people, but I respond to a lot of messages. It's very helpful to see all the messages and comments we get in one easy place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not with Sprout per se, but sometimes it is a pain to post something through Sprout then have to go in to the native program and change information in description or storybody.

Quickly responding to people commenting/messaging our social media profiles.
