What do you like best about the product?
The customer service has been fantastic. I've loved the onboarding process and the tool itself is really intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag individuals on Twitter or LinkedIn, only businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to content plan, plan posts, and check if my drafts fit in the character limit without worrying I'll post my draft if I'm typing in the account itself.

Robust system for client social media managing

What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use of the product and ability to communicate via the platform. Features that allow me to toggle between clients with ease. Integrations like Sprout link and Bitly are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The robust system that was Meltwater for media listening, although I prefer Sprout for social media content scheduling. Improvements to the app would be appreciated. The app works great, but there is some difficulty in posting real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social provides the flexibility to manage several clients with multiple platforms in one system. Our clients are happy with reporting and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
This application is very user-friendly. Sprout Social has many tools to schedule and measure social media posts. Their platform also offers training sessions to become better acclimated with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the platform allowed you to customize one social media message across multiple channels or had a better system for replying to comments within the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is a new program for me, but it has been helping my organization spread awareness of their message, increase productivity for workers and measure business performance.

Sprout makes social scheduling simple

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout's calendar view helpful when scheduling monthly content for each account. The upsides of using Sprout Social are the ability to toggle seamlessly between accounts and to duplicate posts between platforms — I love skipping the copy/paste when possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's frustrating when channels become disconnected, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to other social tools. It's nice to receive an email notification before content is disrupted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me schedule all of my content across multiple accounts and platforms with the ability to see everything big picture. It's a huge time-saver.

Easy to ease with fantastic reporting tools

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to break down post performance based on different metrics. Using Tags and Campaigns helps to streamline this process. The UI and usability of Sprout is incredibly user friendly with a lot of great tools and resources. The customer support from the on-boarding process has been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to tag company pages on LinkedIn, still have to return to the platform to update tags. LinkedIn content is delayed in appearing inside the Smart Inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is speeding up our reporting capabilities and streamlining the workflow. Being able to access a variety of reports in a quick and easy-to-understand format saves hours of manual work digging through data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social consolidates everything into one platform, making social media management far more efficient by eliminating the need to switch between different platforms. I particularly appreciate the ability to schedule posts ahead of time, which is crucial for managing social media for a local nonprofit, and being informed about when the best times are to schedule these posts. The user interface for posting is exceptionally clean, facilitating a smooth user experience. Additionally, I am fond of the features designed for approval processes, which, though I may not need them immediately, are reassuring to have should the need arise in the future. I also admire Sprout Social's dedication to continually finding new ways to support social media management rather than merely including these features as a supplementary part of larger software. This focus ensures that social media management is a primary function of the service, not an afterthought.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to understand the reporting options in Sprout Social. It is often confusing to get the exact report I need. The terminology seems to be tailored to an internal language that Sprout Social chose, which makes it difficult to figure out exactly what report I am looking for and how to obtain it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for streamlined social media management, keeping everything in one place without switching platforms. It allows me to schedule posts in advance and identify optimal posting times. This simplifies managing social media for my nonprofit.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting features and tagging tools to tag up entire campaigns and track them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything I dislike yet. The only issue I run into is tracking sentiment in a reliable way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quantify how our audience is feeling with numbers and data that help tell a story.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social was extremely easy to onboard and set up. We chose them for all the reporting and analytics capabilities they had to offer and have been extremely happy with the level of support we have received from the team throughout. The integrations were extremely simple to setup and deploy and we are beyond excited about all the data we continue to collect weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us is that we would need to update our plan to get customized analytics but we are getting nearly 99% of what we need from the canned reports. Maybe something we will explore in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a good way of setting up a review structure for our social posts. We also needed access to a content calendar that we could share around internally within the company. Lastly, we needed some rich analytics to showcase how our efforts are continuing to drive ROI.
