Streamlined Social Media Management, Pricey for Small Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Sprout Social makes managing Facebook and Instagram super easy. The clean dashboard and smooth scheduling are fantastic, and having analytics and inbox management all in one place saves me a ton of time. I appreciate the all-in-one setup the most, with easy scheduling and clear analytics that make my daily social media work faster. The analytics and reporting features stand out because the reports are easy to understand and share, making decision-making much faster and more confident.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is pricing, it can feel a bit high, especially for smaller teams. It would be great if there were more flexible plans or add-on options for smaller teams that don't need every feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me keep everything organized in one place, handling scheduling, message management, and performance tracking easily. The clean dashboard and clear analytics make managing social media much faster and more confident.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout’s reporting capabilities have helped us reflect the ROI of our social marketing efforts. Being able to create customized reports with the specific information each stakeholder prefers has been a big win. On top of that, our community management has improved by 200% since using Sprout: our response time has decreased, and we’re also able to attribute messages to campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team's only issue is not being able to integrate it to our project management tool (Asana).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing the value of social media marketing to a company that is new to the social media world with it's reporting capabilities and community management.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage social media platform. Most of the pages can handle very well
What do you dislike about the product?
Buggy and unable to unsent a message on Direct Message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now. I do not have any insight about that since I am not under admin profile

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is very user-friendly and easy to use. It's reliable, and I trust the platform. I can manage my social media calendar, schedule posts ahead of time, and post to multiple accounts at once. The initial setup went smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every month or two, one or more of our profiles disconnects from Sprout Social, and the automated email that gets sent to our team is overly intense with a subject line of 'URGENT ACTION REQUIRED'. It always catches my team off guard and I wish the language was a little different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my social media calendar, schedule posts ahead of time, and post to multiple accounts at once with Sprout Social.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social's inbox streamlines all our messaging into one place, making it easy to respond to followers. The calendar feature is great for scheduling content well in advance and posting in the moment. It's also easy for content tagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
You still can't switch to direct message directly from a comment on TikTok, or LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for comment and messaging management, post scheduling, and analytics. The Sprout inbox centralizes our messaging, making it easy to respond, and the calendar helps us schedule content in advance efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

Not a way to connect to GA4 for direct reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it brings everything into one place - my scheduling, planning, thorough reporting, and social listening. It has streamlined a lot of things especially being a one-person social media team in a national non-profit.
What do you dislike about the product?
On-boarding seems tiered based on the amount you pay - I think I would have been set up for stronger success with more thorough onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has streamlined reporting tremendously - cut my time in half. It also enables me to pull reporting more periodically and become more strategic. It's integration with all of the platforms is helpful too.

What do you like best about the product?
Share of voice, and the scheduling part, have become easy for us. Also, keeping track of on-time comments and personal messages from all platforms is much simpler now, because everything is available in one single place in the smart inbox, which really helps us a lot. Beyond all of this, the mobile application is very user-friendly and reduces our work by almost 50%.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing that would disappoint us from using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its benefitting me for daily usage and majorly it solves the analytics issue. It helps me in a single go to identify all the analytics at one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, makes my job such much more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Story publishing isn't the best and also publishing reels with music.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my job more streamlined.. I'm glad they implemented scheduling by network so I'm not having to create multiple posts each time, I can just make one and adjust.
