Sprout Social does have amazing additional features!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all platforms and accounts under one is such a relief and a great overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes connecting Instagram accounts are a bit of a task and I run into a lot of issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping my team and I in managing our 100+ social media accounts all under one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Custom reporting, TikTok linking and UI are all welcome features compared to competitors.,
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to tag comments or DM as spam is frustrating. Not able to have or create incoming feeds for engagment. Also, wish it listened to more data sources, including TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Community engagement, social publishing in one place, listening to what community is saying and keeping an eye on competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an end-to-end social platform that allows you to centralise all of your social management into one. From listening tools to scheduling to reporting, it makes life a lot easier. The team are always on hand to support in any way possible and it was easily implemented into our team with the help of our amazing onboarding manager.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I would say is not being able to edit reports and make custom PDF reports that can we sent to wider businesses. Sometimes there are irrelevant stats that don't fit our KPIs and the business do not need oversight over however there is no option to remove these from the monthly and weekly reports so we do have to create brand bespoke reports for this out of app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have a wide overview of the brand across all socials in one place whilst also having the opportunity to go into granular details when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Really helpful tool in tracking conversations around a brand! Helpful to gather all of that info in one place to identify trends that help inform marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit tricky to navigate at first, but it does get much easier with time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us understand the reach of our marketing beyond paid platforms proprietary reporting.

High performance, low barrier to entry

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very easy to use and easy to learn and adjusts to your needs. If you need a high-performance social platform it works. If you just need an editorial calendar, it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are litle things I find now and then that aren't great. LinkedIn tags don't carry over to the site sometimes, there are certain parts of the reporting platform UI that are counterintuative, but they're usually small complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media isn't a primary channel for us, but is necessary so having a single place where it's all managed is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how all feeds for every social media channel can be funneled into one central view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were shortcuts for using emojis while typing responses, rather than having to point and click on the emoji I want everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to answer all customer care inquiries from all of our brands in one central platform.

Drafting posts, approving posts, scheduling posts in advance
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky posting process, especially on Instagram and especially with multiple photos or videos that don't come through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better incorporation with Instagram

What do you like best about the product?
The sentiment analysis feature is a nice addition that wasn't available on my previous platform, and truly streamlines sentiment analysis and provides more insight into campaign performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on the number of sentiment analysis buckets available

Social Sprout provides a quick and effective way to scheduel social media posts and analyze their performance in a single platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to auto schedule all of my posts, see them as a grid before they go live, the external approval process to include other team members, and the reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity issues with meta to populate our product catalog. Wish we had the ability to auto-publish IG stories with multiple slides + links, etc., but I don't know of any platform that allows you to do this without a push notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tha ability to not remove myself from my task to have to post to IG. Allows you to see more analytics than in app allows.
