Great Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
The unboarding process was what I liked best. The sessions were very clear and in-depth. The tools available seemed very intuitive and, despite this, many discoveries were made through more guided guidance. Monitoring the results of campaigns can be accessed even more quickly with guidance tailored to the specific needs of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a few simple features, such as creating templates to automate the answers would make it much easier to interact with followers (which is one of the reasons why we use the tool) but they are only available on premium plans it makes the tool much more expensive than its competitors.
Also, when saving a post as a draft, there could be a warning that the post scheduling tool won't work unless the post is manually moved out of the drafts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us with the interaction and management of the brand's social networks and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Stream lines communication within socials and makes prioritizing engagements so much more efficient!

It was a bit difficult to figure out at the beginning

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the built-in capabilities, like being able to edit a video for a story or reel. The platform is so inclusive, and easy to navigate especially when it comes to posting and scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if this is something Sprout Social can't do, or if it's a restriction of the social media platform itself, but sharing stories that we're tagged in, and general responding is pretty limited. I often prefer to view the comment on SS, but then go to the specific platform to reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to stay on top of our company's social media presence and responsiveness from one place, which saves me a lot of time. It also allows me to see very quickly what posts performed well, and which didn't.

What do you like best about the product?
Responsive and friendly support team, plethora of features including easy to view/use content calendar scheduling, all social media platforms that we need for our business, and easy to navigate. Also the ease of setting up approval workflows is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hiccup we've had so far was the time it took to get our Meta account integrated, which wasn't necessarily Sprout's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout's content builder, scheduler and calendar save us time by having all our socials in one place that's easy to navigate, without bouncing around to various platforms everytime we need to create or update a post. I've used a few other social media management tools in the past, and Sprout is by far the best.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting and publishing tools. I like all the different metrics it shows. It has been really helpful when trying to relay information back to my superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that with some features, when something doesn't work, it wont go into much details. It will just say feature temporarily not available. Also, it's not the biggest deal breaker, I would just like to know when it would be working again is all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to track various metrics of success, as well as having to manage and run several social accounts simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and you can add competitor analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't link original sounds from TikTok or Instagram and you can't select cover photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a way to publish content across multiple pages, allow my team to review and approve of content, as well as compare our analytics to our competitors all in one place making reports easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many features Sprout has from social scheduling to it's smart inbox. It's fairly easy to use for those as well. I use it everyday and it rarely fails me. Overall, I love how well it integrates with my social strategy as well as our customer service team using it for replies to socials.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit clunky to get to know at first. There is certainly still parts of this program I am not familiar with / don't understand and I've been using it for over a year. Plus, the price is pretty outrageous if you want more than 3 accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves the problem of having to schedule on multiple different platforms as well as not having to post day of. This makes my day way easier and I am able to focus and plan ahead.
