Happy with the experience
What do you like best about the product?
The training I received. It was very easy to understand and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of the licenses. Its very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us deliver customer support over Twitter.
It has been great for reporting on our social media performance.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the reporting is organized by account and channel. The metrics are easy to find and export. I do not use the tool for publishing, though, just for reporting and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
We also use a direct connection between Facebook and Instagram Insights with our Data Studio report and it's been confusing to understand the differences across platforms to show what is organic vs. paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to pull data to show community growth and engagement for our social channels and to show individual post results so that we can understand what types of content are most engaging and how we can better connect with our consumers.
Easy to use, content can be scheduled to post far in advance with best posting times being provided
What do you like best about the product?
You can schedule post ways in advance and don't need to think about posting. Sprout will give you the best times to post to make the most of your post
What do you dislike about the product?
Provided content needs to be duplicated and newly scheduled instead of just accepting a post
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to think about posting daily - just schedule and forget. Once a month I am scheduling all posts and get weekly engagement updates
Very user friendly and whenever I've had an issue or question I was able to easily contact support

How user-friendly and self-explanatory most of the features are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could publish stories directly from a browser instead of a mobile upload from the Sprout app

They added in the reel feature which has been very helpful
Sprout has helped me and my org be organized and diligent in our social media planning and tracking.
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Sprout Social is the social media analytics. This helps me and my org to see which kind of engagement posts are getting and how we can be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sprout Social is that I am not able to add more reviewers to review a post. I can only add one QA person and then change it to another person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping my organization solve time commitment issues. We are able to schedule posts in advance, we are able to add reviewers, and have more than one person on our team be able to do the job vs. one person. This benefits us greatly and allows us to be more flexible.
SproutSocial Provides Real-World ROI for Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does the Sprout Social tagging functionality and reporting options give me accurate metrics for my Board and sponsorship reports, but I have also used the data to apply for awards for my organization. I love how I can compare growth over years and evaluate how graphics, videos, and testimonials perfect against one another.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had the ability for more than one listening campaign in our contract. As a non-profit, we cannot afford to add more to our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout enables us to work more collaboratively across the team so it saves staff time and allows us to be more productive. The reporting gives us deeper metrics than we've had with other platforms so that is appreciated across departments, and proving the impact of our social media engagement to sponsors and key stakeholders. If I am presenting at a conference or applying for an award, Sprout Social screenshots are always part of my deck.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easy publishing tool and the ability to review posts on the calendar. Each tool is easy to use. Sprout Social considers how marketers think and what they need for social media marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope developers consider creating a tool for A/B tests and multivariate tests. I can accomplish tests with customized tagging, but having a tool to do this easily would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helped us solve sharing social media performance reports with colleagues and business stakeholders. I appreciate the easy-to-use dynamic reports.
Best all around social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
If you're looking for an all-in-one solution to schedule content, collaborate with internal teams, set up listening trackers, manage your inboxes across channels, and dive into deep data, Sprout Social is a fantastic choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
To no fault of Sprout social, due to API limitations, some features that involve Instagram cause extra steps to engage with users, making things a little time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me manage essential aspects of my brand's social media strategy by allowing me to have a user-friendly platform with great options for collaborating and communicating.
I've only been using this platform for a few months now, but it has been convenient & easy-to-use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to share information with the organization's stakeholders. Plus, I can adjust the notifications as I see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy engaging in Sprout Social on the desktop. I haven't been a fan of the experience via the App; however, that could be because of my lack of familiarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a one-stop-shop for all things social media, etc. for our organization's team members and stakeholders, and Sprout Social serves us well and fills that need.
User-friendly tool to increase productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience. The platform is modern, easy to use and there is accessible and timely support and training. Other competitor platforms feel dated and challenging to navigate. I think Sprout is really effective for teams of any size and I love the categorization features it has as well like tagging and campaigns. The social listening and analytics are also top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd prefer advanced tagging for LinkedIn and I think it can be slow to adapt to changes happening with platforms sometimes. Overall though, the program is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me save time by bulk scheduling content, pulling visually appealing and useful reports quickly, and letting me engage in socia listening. As a small team, it has helped reduce stress.
