Sprout Social is an integrated platform that is easy to use. Its also helpful in duplicating group office posts

Keeping social media active while we are busy focussing on core business. It is a huge saving of time.

I am happy with Sprout Social - we haven't used it a lot so far

Constantly having to log into multiple social platforms is now not required, as Sprout is one touch

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to this great software, I have done many follow-ups with clients who have become strong and profitable clients for my business. Its help is remarkable and improves the efficiency of producing or making advertising material. The design is easy to use and understand, which is a big plus. This program is easily adaptable for use with different advertising approaches. Sprout Social's growth in recent months can be directly attributed to the company's emphasis on marketing, branding and online advertising.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are pushing the software to its limits, and from time to time, I have mysterious problems that require a tedious program restart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributing, analyzing, measuring and controlling the marketing and advertising projects tailored to individual events or clients is child's play for us. It's not just something we do externally to get the word out and attract new customers. It's easy to use, and you'll love all the features, so it's an obvious choice for anyone who wants to grow their customer base and revenue slowly." To use the software, no intensive training is required.
Easy site for managing my social media
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to schedule posts for optimal times and mark posts as both drafts and ready to post. I also appreciate the ease of posting to multiple different platforms at once. I also really enjoy that you can see how your posts are performing and see analytics that further your success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how duplicating posts doesn't carry over some of the information such as scheduling time. I also am not a fan of having to create a new post for Twitter if the caption is longer than the character limit for other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the problem of having to go to each platform to create one post, and this benefits me because I have to constantly schedule and create posts for multiple platforms and Sprout brings all of my necessary work to one place.
Very easy to navigate and website if clear, appealing and full of colour!!! (Filters are also great)

Filters, make it an easy process and allowing us to not miss anything.

I haven't played around that much to find something I don't like

Being able to help customers on socials which is easier for them and also great that we can keep them all in one place.
Sprout is simply amazing for collaborating and managing social networks
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is the most appropriate tool for managing different accounts on different social media platforms in one place. I love how easy it is to schedule the publication calendar, it is not a complex process, and the content is continuously published in the pre-set period without any problems or delays. I love its user interface; it's intuitive and easy for users to navigate. As for social network and publication analysis, it is not far behind, they are powerful, and you can generate excellent reports that are even downloadable. Best of all, several people can play a role in the management of social networks within Sprout, as it is also excellent for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support quality of the tool needs improvement, response times are often late, and it is worth noting that the cost of the device is a bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the benefits we have found in Sprout Social is the opportunity to keep the social media platforms used by the organization updated in terms of content and achieve better interaction with our followers; this has contributed to the sales reach through these platforms, capture and retention of customers and potential customers. We have also significantly benefited from their social media analytics and tracking capabilities, as it has allowed us to gather essential data to make decisions around digital marketing.
User-Friendly & Priceless Competitive Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to master the platform. Sprout also offers more competitor insight than Sprinklr. It also offers more insight than Salesforce Studio at a more realistic price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to remove paid data when we need to can make things difficult. I also wish we could rank our most engaged followers, rather than only ranking users with the most followers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hmm. I would say it helps me streamline all my data captures in one place, measure all KPIs the same way cross platforms, and create striking data visualizations that impress leadership.
Sprout hits a home run for us
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - it takes no trouble at all to get started with Sprout Social. And then there are folks on their team ready in the wings to teach you the extra bits and tricks, along with loads of great resources. I am also a mega fan of their Smart Inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bits here and there that I felt could be easier.. Like when you're looking at a post created by someone else mentioning your brand, you have to click the time it was posted to visit the original post. I wish there was a more intuitive way to go about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ANALYTICS. That is the big one for us for sure. They make it so easy to pull all your information into one place, and make some amazing graphs and displays. Plus you can download them in one PDF. No more crawling across social media platforms trying to get all the numbers.
Great platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I lvoe that this platform actually posts on to the various social platforms for you, so you don't have to do it all manually yourself. Being able to schedule posts on various platforms all in one place is great, easy, and convenient. The data it provides is also incredible and very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site is a little busy and hard to navigate. I am still confused on where to go after a few months in.

Sprout Social solves the problem of having to post individually on each platform. With a world driven by social media, it is so nice to have everything in ONE single location.
A step above the rest
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is intuitive and extremely data-driven while keeping you above the weeds. I recently switched to this company from one of their competitors and have not looked back
What do you dislike about the product?
The training is very dense and time consuming but it is also just a hazard of the game. I wish there were virtual training videos so you could do it on your own time and then provide the option for a live if needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solves: auto-publishing, listening, spam comments, saves me SO MUCH time, helps my team stay aligned with check points and eases communication. I love the preview features and all of the data that I can see
