Essential for social media management, but with minor drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics, mass-scheduling, multi-platform scheduling, ease of access, and available customer support. It was very easy to get going and required no assistance. It's the most important daily tool that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Twitter (read: X) Premium user, the inability to post beyond the standard 280 characters creates issues. My understanding is that this is a Twitter (X) issue, not Sprout. Nonetheless, still an inconvenience that results in having to take an additional step when scheduling posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multii-platform scheduling & multi-profile management.
Very easy and seamless onboarding experience.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the variety of reports and amount of data you can analyze and compare. I also enjoy the AI assistance when writing social media captions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if I could track my peronal profiles as well, along with my business profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve the issue of not knowing what is working and what isn't. It also helps us know how we are doing compared to our competitors.
Very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I have really enjoyed the user friendly social media platform use. It only takes me a couple of minutes to create beautiful posts. The more I use it, I am finding that I can also implement other software like "Canva" to help create lovely and eye catching media posts. All of my posts ned to be approved through my home office, and that only takes a couple of minutes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little confusing with SO many options on the home page, and our business only utilizes a couple of the features. It would be way to o much to use them all. But all in all, a fantastic software program for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any so so far, and I've been using sprout for awhile now.
Great Social Media Management for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is extremely helpful in terms of creating and scheduleing social post. I love the AI content writing feature and suggestions on the best time to post on a specific days. The reporting features also help me to generate reports and analyze which content performance better to refine marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social's reporting feature is very helpful for beginners. But for marketing analyst or individuals who are intersted in data and want to dive deep into performance metrics and buyer data, the platform is not powerful enough to conduct trend analysis that let you know which characteristic of a content correlate with higher engagment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social group all the corporate social media channels in one platform and all the analytics together which is time saving. Back then I'll go to each social media channel and create/schedule post one by one. With Sprout, I can do all the management in one platform which is great!
Still enjoying all the features!
What do you like best about the product?
Always upgrading features which help me as a creator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lower the pricing, have a student discount. It's pretty pricy for small business owners!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schuedling post and allowing all team members see what we have in queue.
Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of the site and the multiple options to do one thing, makes it easier to make less mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit too many options at time for things that are not necessart
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to post manually every time but timing my posts on when to upload.
Sprout makes scheduling posts easy!

It's easy to use and has many useful features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple issues with some posts not going out when scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking up less of my time to individually schedule posts and track analytics
No Feature Left Behind
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout was a great addition to our social media workflow. It was easy to get our accounts set up and running.
We love the industry analysis tool. Letting us track how well our competitors are doing as well as their practices and data is a great way of tuning our strategy.
There are a ton of features, not enough to get into in a review, but it's honestly like a data sandbox. Analytics can get incredibly fine and very useful for tracking progress over time.
Customer service is top notch. They are knowledgable and well versed in the product, no jumping between levels of seniority. Very communicative as well.
Easily integrated with many profiles across multiple platforms, and Sprout makes it easy to post to all of them seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's no way to upload multiple videos to a carousel despite that being an option on Instagram.
In the portal, there is information overload. It's hard for me to find exactly what I need.
Why does drafting Meta posts split them into individual Facebook and Instagram posts, but scheduling it keeps them together? This results in double the amount of work if any changes to the draft need to be made.
Tagging could be more intuitive.
Pricing can be deceptive, especially with "sales discounts cleared by managers" and "floors" that don't really exist.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective social media management from a single, consolidated account. Also, the benefits of having suggestions for tags, posting times, scheduling, and more. It allows us to set basic social media on autopilot and keep it something chill and not a major point of stress. Listening in on the industry and competitors is great as well.
The best experience can be better.
What do you like best about the product?
Social listening and engagement pieces are easy to use and have a short learning curve. It was also great to have and onboarding specialist prior to receiving a success coach. The ongoing onboarding live webinars are also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all mentions show up in the smart inbox. This usually happens when an external social post gets sent, and someone mentions or tags us in their comments. It gives me trust issues when pulling other reports that might be affected, leading me to double check by manually calculating via the parent platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leadership was interested in understanding the larger sentiment of our brand online across social platforms. This, along with the other previous uses via Hootsuite, made us make the switch.
