What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature for us is the ability to control Sprout via SSO. It's beneficial that we can separate users to their required level and view the full reporting details on our social posts. I especially like that we can dictate our post times based on recommended advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video duration limitation is a bit difficult as we can only upload 60 seconds maximum to Spout. Any above 1 minute has to be done direct on each platform, negating the point somewhat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core reason to look at Sprout was security. With this tool, we can manage users access via our SSO tool to make sure we're following best practices with security.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule out posts, ability to send posts through the approval process, the reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to tag people on LinkedIn posts - I often forget to go back to LinkedIn and adjust the tagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of different levels of approval that are needed for the various accounts, so its great to be able to just put posts in there and send it to who it needs to go. Additionally, it helps to see all the content on a calendar and make sure you are not overshadowing any post particularly.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view to look at the month ahead and see what posts have been scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting isn't always accurate. We use other tools that reporting on impressions, likes, engagement etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only started using Sprout Social a month ago so I'm not aware of any problems they have been solving.

Really easy to use and navigate. I love using the reporting function - it's super easy to read and the smart inbox is a game changer for community managers that need to look for a platform to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all - I really love Sprout and definitely think it excels my needs and wants as a social media manager.

It allows me to respond to all community management tasks from one spot.

Always so clean, great platform. I’ve used sprout my entire career!

Scheduling saves my weekends, and the reports help me keep my content on track!

What do you like best about the product?
It is mostly of the interface and how how easy to see all things at once. Apart from that, the data that I need can easily be seen through the reporting side of sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. But if there are any, I'd probably go with the organic comments for IG to be also seen in the Sprout. I think once this is already be taken care of, everything else would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more on the data side. We use to Hootsuite as our medium to communicate with our audience but sprout really did fill in the need that we saw in Hootsuite when it comes to data and analyzation side.

This tool is very wasy to navigate.It is also a great tool since it gives statistics data. Support friendly and can also be easily accesible.
