What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Sprout Social is seeing all your scheduled posts in one place. That, along with the real-time analytics are such a game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing comes directly to mind other than perhaps a seamless integration of Canva or other third-party applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are short-staffed at the moment and so, we have limited eyes on our socials. Sprout gives us the ability to not fall behind although we are short staffed

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface takes some getting used to and navigation to find what you want at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves for having to manually do social media metrics for hundreds of accounts, helps track reviews and engagements, and provides robust publishing options across a variety of channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to manage all of your social channels on one clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing platform. The reporting and competitive analysis are great, while the relevant articles feature is over the top!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! So far, we are enjoying the experience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally able to provide thorough reporting for our channels and also execute a calendared strategy with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is great for a lot of reasons, but my favorite thing about Sprout is the Instagram Link in Bio feature. Allowing a seamless change of call to action from each post, and keeping all past links in one place. It is also great to know which days and times are best to post for your account!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have not seen an option to include BlueSky, so those posts are done manually. Would love to see this connection in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts in advance in one place, and monitoring profile and post performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that when I have a busy day or I have to take off that sprout continues running. I never have to worry about social.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's great we really enjoy sprout

When I have to take time off or on weekends it's nice to not have to worry about work. I'm more productive

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it tells me the optimal time, and once I scedual it I don't have to think about it again becuase it automaticlly posts. I also dont have to look at research to find out when the optimal time is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how difficult it is to rescedual posts, I wish I could just drag and drop them on a new day. I also dislike the IOS notifications, I constatly miss post notfications because the time to post loiks the same and the successful post notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to scedual reels on instagram so they don't have to be manually posted. Giving the monthly reposts for tiktok makes it much easier to collecet the numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly and easy to use. Information is at your finger tips and if you don't know how to access something, the help section will tell you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any negative issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping us determine what content resonates with our audiences, as well as how we measure up to our competition in terms of brand awareness.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the reporting and the organization of the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to monitor Instagram stories and polls and to pull accurate reports around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping solve which types of posts work best on each platform, and this allows us to concentrate our efforts on more successful posts.

What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox collates ALL enquiries and mentions across your social media channels. It is so easy to miss customer questions and enquiries without Sprout - now, we never miss anything from our customers. It's an absolute life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't split out paid vs organic activity in the reports. It would be amazing if Sprout could tell how many engagements were on ads and split it out from the organic stats. Facebook reports do show the organic vs paid impressions, but it would be great if it also did this for Instagram and across all stats.
I also don't like that they don't have a grid view of your Instagram so you can see how the content flows. You can do this on the mobile app but it doesn't allow you to drag and drop content to rearrange according to the view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us make our customer service better than ever. Previously, notifications would be missed and customers would get frustrated, but now it's all centralised and even if my manager opens a DM on Instagram, I will still be able to review and respond from the smart inbox.
