Overall the experience has been good, particularly the reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, cropping feature in Instagram, reporting features. Was very simple to connect our platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't post to all platforms at once, you have to duplicate each one, No LinkedIn carousel features or X threads, which are available elsewhere. It is VERY expensive compared to other similar services and my plan doesn't even include social listening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting features have been a big plus in helping me record analytics, and it's very reliable. I used to have issues with my past services in getting errors that posts weren't getting published.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can easily track social performance, bulk schedule content, engage with our community and monitor brand sentiment. I like the performance snapshot in the homepage and the internal reports. They give me clarity on what works and doesn't and how efficient I am. Customer Support is always quick to resolve any issue I might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Threads were included in the available platforms. Additionally, I would love to be able to see Instagram and TikTok DM's in my smart inbox. Another wish would be for the mobile app to be more user friendly and easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social allows me to alleviate a lot of my routine daily workload. From community management, content scheduling, social listening and monitoring to tracking campaign performance and conducting a competitor's analysis, Sprout social is an essential tool for my job. It is also effective for internal communication with my teammates. I can easily leave a comment or asign a task. Another beneficial feature is the campaign and label customization which allows me to group and track campaign specific posts.
Appreciate Support and Ease of Use for Agency
What do you like best about the product?
My team manages about 45 clients' socials through Sprout and depend on it heavily. I love the Sprout support team who is always there to help. I know that I can contact the team and have my questions answered promptly. I recently had a support person who went above and beyond to help troubleshoot a Facebook issue that I was facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of room for growth don't he reporting side of things. Our Instagram reporting does not include paid engagements for some reason. I would love to be able to white label reports and have more customizable features. We are currently looking for a reporting platform to use outside of Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily creating and managing posts in bulk. Compiling all community interactions in the inbox.
Excellent platform, variety of uses
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is scheduling the posts ahead of time. We use LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X primarily; and I love that I can schedule posts to all these platforms from Sprout. Especially if I'm going to be away for a period of time, to still be able to have posts going out in my absence is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't tag from within the platform when I'm creating posts. Like on an actual platform, you type "@someone's name, or @company name" and you can tag them. You can't do this within Sprout though, this is a big issue they need to resolve. I often times need to tag companies in my LinkedIn posts, so I won't be able to schedule them in Sprout. I have to physically log in and make the post live from LinkedIn to be able to tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to log into multiple social sites to post, check analytics, see what is performing well, what is not, etc. Saves a lot of time and effort!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has so many incredible useful, insightful, and innovative tools to support scheduling, managing, and reporting on social media. It's user friendly and there are so many resources to help anyone use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes scheduled posts would randomly not post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts in advance helps with my large workload that includes more than just social media management.
Great for social media managers
What do you like best about the product?
Great reporting and analytics, easy to use and to publish across various channels. I chose Sprout Social over the other platforms because of how far back they do their reporting. I also like how easy it is to copy posts to other channels and then tailor the copy to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tagging accounts on Facebook is inefficient. It takes a while for the account to load and sometimes their profile picture doesn't show so I don't know if I'm tagging the correct account or not. I always have to double check directly on the app to make sure it's accurate.
It's also expensive for anyone entering the industry. I work in the music and sports industry, and I wouldn't recommend this for some of my clients because they don't have a budget for it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social's backdating in reporting is very helpful. I can pull reports on a quarterly basis and share with my client. We can break down metrics based on type of post, platform, etc. It provides enough metrics for us to make decision on how to improve our social media strategy.
Easy onboarding and fantastic reports
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reports, they are really easy to understand and download and show a true picture of our social media and what we need action. I like the fact it can be integrated into Saleforces our CRM, which will save time and give us a holistic view of the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are quite new to the journey so at the moment we haven't seen any red flags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the whole customer journey, so being able to see when people comment on a post if they have commented previously, which allows a more personal response.
More integration and reporting = less time wasted
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has found the integrated publishing tools very helpful as we look to discover new ways to become more effiecent and collaborative.
The weekly reporting dashboard is a great new addition as well!

Only downside for us is the cost to expand user profiles - our team is growing!

We are now able to listen in on conversations and follow trends like we never could before.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy content calendaring/scheduling both on desktop and app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can sometimes lag/crash. Apart from that, it's a solid platform at a reasonable price.

Sprout helps us to push multiple sizes/formats of content and suggests optimal posting times to remove a lot of guesswork from our day-to-day social stategy.

There are so many valuable features. I really like how customizable it is to suit individual needs. It evolves alongside the social media landscape.

Because it is so customizable, it does take time and effort to learn and craft to a place that makes sense.
