What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is always up to date with the newest features like incorporating TikTok and Reels into the platform. I also have had a great time working with the team over at Sprout. They are super accommodating and try to get me answers promptly, which makes me and my work feel valued.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! I just joined OLLY 5 months ago, so still figuring out all of the resources I used and need, and so far Sprout has been a treat to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on TikTok - this was something we were doing manually and on the side. Now I can find all of my data in one place. Also, with the new upgrade, we will be able to add our FAQ answers so that we can easily find them and respond in the platform vs using an excel and copy and pasting answers one by one.
Sprout is hands down the best platform for managing all your social media needs in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Inbox is an incredibly helpful tool. As a company that deals with thousands of incoming comments, messages, and reviews each week, Sprout's Smart Inbox allows us to easily manage those and see what's been taken care of and what needs to be escalated to other departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, Sprout's Smart Inbox doesn't allow for managing of YouTube comments, which would complete our needs in that area. Also, their advanced analytics in reporting are extremely pricey. It would be nice if you could pick a la carte on the options for advanced analytics as a company like ours doesn't require but a few options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to easily have multiple people in the department handling their respective tasks while also providing key stake holders a birds-eye view of what's happening within the campaign. Sprout's interface is extremely user-friendly and offers anyone the ability to understand what they are looking at.
Sprout has been instrumental for my education on social media metrics.
What do you like best about the product?
The post performance repots are incredibly valuale for my organization. I also loved the Sprout Learning videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The smart inbox is difficult to navigate.

Sprout has helped identify best content strategy.
Easy to use for social media monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have all of my brand's mentions in one place.

That the keywords in the inbox are only for Twitter.

Sprout allows me to quickly respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Great for posting across multiple channels
What do you like best about the product?
Its feature for posting across multiple channels and duplicating the posts does cut your time for assignments in half. Also reporting is quite outstanding. Tagging your partners in posts is also great. I like it so much more than any previous program I used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can't download the reports and- it is not really easy to re-connect the LinkedIn profile when needed. But on the other hand their Support system is outstanding!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my company to work on Brand awareness and visibility for organic posts. Also, we can see our competitors in it also.
Easy, Comprehensive All-in-One Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is definitely one of the most easy-to-use and cohesive all-in-one social media platforms I've used in a while, and I've been running social media accounts professionally for a little bit over half a decade now. I enjoy being able to toggle through multiple different platforms/feeds for solving issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
NFT scams, NFT scams everywhere on the Twitter feed. Not much to do with Sprout itself but it would be nice if there was some type of AI tracking to parse through all the social media bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple different social media platfomrs and feeds at once and being able to switch through with ease while working alone or on a team.
Sprout is so easy to navigate and very informative in so many ways!

The simplicity is what I like the best! Sprout has very helpful tools and great breakdowns.

There is nothing I dislike about Sprout.

Review of Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I like the publishing tool best — this is what sets Sprout apart in my opinion. I appreciate that I can add notes to incorporate holidays or internal flags about content or updates that need to be made. I also think it's convenient to be able to designate content as drafts directly in the compose tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of tagging in the listening tool a bit frustrating — our brand closely monitors what people are saying about us online, and with such a high volume, we tend to check thoroughly every few days. I need to be able to flag content easily so that at the end of the week, when it comes time to write a report, all of the messages are in one place. I've been trying to utilize the internal comment feature for this, but it requires a *lot* of clicking and navigating around just to open up a few tweets natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media Management — Sprout is handling a lot of the logistics of our social media presence. So far, Sprout has streamlined a lot of processes for us, with the Bitly integration and the sprout link in bio, especially. It also helps us to have all of our reporting capabilities on one platform.
