Sprout makes it easy for business users to post in social media
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can upload your content for multiple days in a CSV format specifying the dates, the content, and the name of the social media, and Sprout makes it easy and helps you organize your content per month.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything I've seen and explored in Sprout is very helpful and pleasant. Right now I wouldn't change anything. I love how easy, fast and useful it is for me. I used it when I worked at Vivial... It was GREAT!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout came to make business owners' and entrepreneurs' lives easier by helping them to organize and schedule social media posts. It helps to specify the content, and dates and even suggests the best hours to post.

Easy to post and schedule posts. In-depth analytics and excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to schedule posts with approval. As someone new at my company, it's great to be able to schedule a post and have other team members approve and check my work.
Getting posts on social media in order
What do you like best about the product?
A single mailbox collects all client comments and correspondence. It saves us effort when performing Community Management, and the tagging tool allows us to track how individuals feel about messages and the kind of messages they submit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social networks may be responsible for this, not them. I don't particularly appreciate that they still do not permit uploading some video files, and it is not always simple to post them directly or on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting better at determining what's hot on social media, so I no longer have to conduct all the research and analytics myself. There is already a platform for that, and I can also monitor my social media performance and forecast future analytics, insights, and outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of having everything under one platform and not needing to cycle through different windows or tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I encounter technical difficulties with being unable to reply to a customer post; either because I come across an error page or unable to select a profile to reply from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The technical difficulties I alluded to above have improved and are not a common occurrence. The ease of being able to mark certain items as spam, negative, or positive sentiment, etc has also been helpful.
Sprout is a very easy to use website that makes scheduling posts a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar post planning feature is what I use the most and I like how easy it is to duplicate posts for other social media platforms. Being able to edit link tracking is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have issues editing the thumbnail photos so I think if more attention was focussed on that feature it would be an overall more enjoyable experience but that's pretty much it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a high need for a social presence nowadays, I believe the issue is organizing and scheduling your content in a way that's consistent for your audience and Sprout makes that aspect a non-issue for businesses,

What do you like best about the product?
Love the features and ease of access. The ability to report is so easy and our executives love the reports. Being able to easily see how our socials are doing is key!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the view of all the social posts on the calendar, I wish there was a way to section it off more. I would like some more in-depth reports!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the way that we handle the influx of comments/likes/shares. It makes social management very simple for all users. Sprout makes it incredibly simple to post and schedule things for all of our social accounts.

Being able to schedule posts and the detailed analytics that comes with it makes using the platform very convenient and insightful.

How complicated it was to use when first learning how to use the software.

Its solving the problem of managing the craziness that is social media, and simplifies the posting process for me and my clients.

Spend a lot of time just exploring and playing with functions. Videos will help, but understanding it yourself will play a big difference.
A social media manager's one stop shop
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics platform alone is incredibly helpful to a social media manager. It takes the hard work out of getting data from tools natively and displays it all in one place. Easy to share reports, easy to download for automation plugging into personal dashboards, and just takes the fuss out of monthly reporting. Also gives you Engagement metrics, which not all platforms (LinkedIn for instance) provide!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that it is easy to bypass some of them. You constantly need to stay on-top of acquainting yourself with the tool to make the most of your experience. I don't see this as a negative though. It just goes to show that Sprout has a little something for everyone!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my company to access everything in one toolkit. I have publishing for the day-to-day social activity. I have analytics for reporting needs and I have social listening to inform the activities and content I produce on an ongoing basis.

Social Media Specialist Using Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
Publishing calendar, asset library, smart inbox, optimal posting times. Sprout is great for collaborating and staying organized when managing several social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a lot of trouble posting through Sprout when uploading videos. When trying to attach srt files for the captions, something always goes wrong. I am working with Support to resolve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us solve the issue of content planning. Being able to schedule posts and send them out across various platforms is really great--and I love the Optimal Times feature to help inform your posting schedule.

Get to know all of the capabilities and use them! Tags and filters are really great when you take the time to apply them.
