Our One-Stop-Shop For Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
We love that it is a tool that benefits an entire team, not just an individual. We primarily use Sprout Social for social scheduling, and our team thrives off seeing what each department or brand is posting. It keeps everyone on their best game.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasions, there will be times when a profile disconnects. That can be an inconvenience, but is thankfully fairly easy to resolve. Unfortunately there are times when we notice too late after a timely post did not go out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is great at being a bird's eye view of our social media calendar. Even after the posts are made, Sprout Social serves us great feedback with their reviews function. That allows our Customer Care team to take action by responding to users if need be.
Sprout is a useful—if sometimes unintuitive—tool for managing multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I work for a large organization, so that each department can easily manage their accounts across many platforms is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Sprout can't be my *only* tool. I still have to use Meta Business Suite and other tools regularly. Ideally, Sprout should replace all of the other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me take a wide view of each of the social media accounts I manage and provides the analytics I need to see what areas are performing as desired and where there might be opportunities for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Sprout Social is that I am able to view all social accounts in one place, and I especially love the weekly snapshot reporting emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Feeds tab could be updated so that you're able to view several different feeds/lists/etc (such as how TweetDeck allows) .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping to provide an overview of our work and whether it is making an impact by delivering performance analytics that are easily digestible.
Excellent tool for social media managers and agencies
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. The tutorials were super helpful, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could like Instagram comments, reply to mentions, and repost stories directly through Sprout.

Monitoring multiple clients' socials in one place.
Very useful tool for social planning and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the collaboration and planning features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the lack of support for Reels. Particularly the inability to add Instagram audio.

Primarily the problem of planning and collaborating on social posts across multiple accounts.

Very easy to use - some limitations with LinkedIn
What do you like best about the product?
It's a platform that makes your life easier when it comes to schedule content for different social media platforms. Also in terms of team's approvals and communications works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that there are some limitations for LinkedIn (maybe related to the API) but you can't schedule polls or carousels and also in terms of competitors analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly managing several brands and social media platforms at the same time. It helps a lot to keep your calendar organized.
Most comprehensive, usable tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very clear and easy to use. They frequently add new features. The tagging system is robust and reporting is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy at times, and I am often confused about who to reach out to because there are so many different points of contact.

Ability to schedule social posts for times throughout the day and week. Help determine if initiatives are performing based on reports generated by tags.
Great to understand the performance of our social media channels
What do you like best about the product?
Reports: Sprout provides great reports about post and profile performance. I can report on a high level, but I can also dig deeper into the details. We can also better understand how our competitors perform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we could do more custom reporting. For example, custom segments and filters would be helpful, such as geo location and internal/external segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can:

An easy way to maintain your social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of our social media accounts are accessible in one location and that I can schedule posts when they are the most advantageous to our organization. It allows us to maintain a clear social branding and present ourselves in the most professional way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, the cost is high for the casual user. If the costs were lower, I would use this as part of my side hustle. But for my large organization, it is a must-have as it allows us to save so much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling our social media is imperative because there are so many announcements that come from our office that we try to keep our social media follows up to date on. This allows us to prepare all of them all at once and spread them out accordingly without constantly working in our individual social media accounts.
