Sprout allows for ease of use of all platform comments, could use updates

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there's one spot to check on our many social media platforms. I also very much enjoy that you can easily engage, reply, report and collaborate on replies. Customer service has also been extremely receptive to asssit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that groups can take a long time to generate comments and it's also difficult to reply back to comments which generate from our social groups on Facebook. I also wish there was a like button to use on YouTube and Instagram. For combating spammers I also which we could mass delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped us to move from a different management software program which was no longer serving our needs. Sprout has also allowed for ease of reporting and allowed us one spot to monitor mutliple platforms once again. By using sprout best time posting and seeing in-depth analytics we are better suited to look and manage all pieces of social media we publish, and we publish quite a bit.

Great tool for scheduling posts!!

What do you like best about the product?
We get to schedule posts 30 days ahead. The publishing tool is our most used feature we can schedule content on all our social channels and receive live engagement insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some posts we schedule will fail to post at least 1x a week, and we do not know until it is time for it to go live. There is no process where we can be notified a post will not be published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts and letting us know the optimized time to post where we will get the most engagement and views.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the formatting for all of the analytics that Sprout provides + how all of my platforms can be hosted on one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to share Instagram stories directly from the Publishing page, like Buffer does
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem solver is the ability to manage all of my company's social platforms in one space

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule, can time posts down to the exact minute you want them out and with the autoomatic sprout queue it will find optimal times for you which is very handy, also the ability to compare to our competitors and see how we are perdorming during different time periods
What do you dislike about the product?
TikTok may need some work like the ability to add sounds over, also the character limit isnot the sane as on the app.
With Twitters new update and subscription plan you can have more characters and this means its difficult to upload longer content through sprout social as it has not integrated with that yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beig able to see how we are performing against competitors and saving more time with scheduling tool

Downsides are if you haven't used the app previously it can be a bit confusing til you get the hang of it

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's tools just work. That may seem like damning with faint praise but in an era when tools are constantly being updated or changed or evolved, Sprout is a consistent and solid performer. When changes are brought in, they feel like necessary changes and not change for the sake of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very few downsides to the tool. Sometimes it does feel incredbly slow to load - and I've tested this across connections and locations - but if that's the worst I can say then it's a good day!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout lets me schedule content for the team and admins to review. It means I can think of it once, get it down into the system and then not have to worry about it. That eace of mind is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
When publishing, I love that it is unique to each platform I am posting to, so I know if an image is a wrong size or if I am posting at the ideal time of day. I also love how clear the reports are when I pull them and how they are ready for me to send to team members without having to reformat anything. The Smart Inbox is excellent because I don't have to log into each platform individually to answer comments and messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Sprout is that when I am composing a post, I have to compose it separately if I want the post to look different on each platform. It would be nice to have a separate box on that same compose screen where I can edit the text just for Twitter to shorten it but keep the rest the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Sprout solves the problem of going into each platform to post, pull data and answer messages. I can see everything in one place with easier functionality than if I were to go into each platform.

Great insightful analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics it provides. The various reports help me understand the performance of all my social accounts in detail and guide me on changes and optimisations to my strategy. The webinars to help you understand and use the products to their full benefit are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
As my main channel is LinkedIn, I find the limitations of this platform tricky. LinkedIn's API is not as open to 3rd parties as others, so I can't get the same amount of features and data related to LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of accurately tracking all our social media efforts and displaying ROI to the broader team and business.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage different clients in one portal. Social Listening, Scheduling, and Sentiment Analysis are all great features. I like that they are constantly working on adding new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom report building section needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majorly scheduling and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Sprout Social is how fast it was for me to learn. I've used several scheduling softwares and SS was very intuitive and fast for me to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to schedule IG stories and posts using more IG Features such as poll stickers, links, CTAs, and such. It's very important for me to use these features to please the IG algorithm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts ahead of time and push notifications for stories.
