What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is such a great foundation to build off your brand building and social media marketing capabilities. No matter the size of your team, big or small, if you can dream it you can build it! You will get the most bang for your buck. The work flow approvals are great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike that some of the more premium features are behind a paywall. This is expected of course with any content management program but it would be nice to see something that sets Sprout apart from competitors besides the price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage my digital/social media marketing activities flawlessly as well as manage my team's activities on the the platform. One of the undervalued benefits we've found with the program is the keyword monitoring in the smart inbox.

Consider the price points and how much value you're getting out of the program.

I wish you could schedule stories and have more views for your calendars

I'm about to start using advanced tagging features and automation. I'm excited to learn more!
Sprout is comprehensive, easy-to-use, and visually pleasing
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's calendar view, smart inbox, and reporting tools are incredibly useful. It is incredibly useful for any range of depth & granularity when managing multiple profiles, roles, and platforms. From beginners to experts within the company, Sprout adds value to the work we do and the way we do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer a fast and easy way to click on a post I have scheduled and actually view it's live component. For example, when viewing my calendar, I wish I could simply click on something that would show me the live post ON Facebook, Twitter, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Sprout's learning portal, even if you're an industry vet. Read resources they send, meet with your account person, etc. There's always something new to learn in this field and all of these avenues are great to tap into!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is that Sprouts combines all platforms in one place without having to navigate through many areas. It's also very self-explanatory but in the event you need assistance, they have wonderful customer support to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't anything we don't like. Typically if there is a question(s) or any issue, they are quick to resolve which can make a difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more efficient and has everything you need in one area. Prior to us using SproutSocial, we were using different platforms to complete our daily tasks, etc. Couldn't be happer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may be frustrating to not have the full hang of SocialSprouts at first, especially if you're a total pro on the previous platform, but rest assured you will get the hang of it. SocialSprout offers great features that most platforms don't. You're able to maneuver through the site with no issues and have extra features that the previous platform may not offer. The best part is their live support center that is there to help and they take the time to help. Can't get any better.
Easy to use and trustworthy tool
What do you like best about the product?
From our entry-level coordinators to our Senior Vice President, Sprout Social is a tool that everyone can seamlessly jump into and learn to help execute on our social needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the social media landscape changes daily I would love quicker turnaround times for new features that match updates, i.e. reporting for reels is needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our day-to-day management of our clients social media profiles is made extremely easy with Sprout Social. As our agency grows, Sprout has kept us organized and handles our growing bandwidth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a growing team, I would absolutely go with Sprout Social. It makes management of profiles easy, provides amazing automations to relieve your workload, and gives you transparency into how your team uses the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
"Saved replies" is my favorite feature so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that sometimes while searching for tags by keywords, Sprout randomly takes me to the "create a new post" page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the benefits is that Sprout allows us to engage with users who reach out across different social platforms.
Manage Multiple Social Media Accounts with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like the robust usage of the platform. From being able to post content on separate channels, duplicating posts to help with content creation. The multi-tier workflow approval setup. Manage communications and engagement on boxes and responding to platform messages - all in one system - is a great time saver! The image tool for cropping and editing is also a great perk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could send client post approvals in a bulk view vs them getting each post to approve one-by-one. Some clients appreciate less emails in their inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk posting, engagement via a single platform, image editing tools all help with efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to manage bulk posts for publishing content in the future to free you up to do more like engage with your audience, communicate back on customer service issues and get some great reporting, Sprout Social is the tool for you!
