Sprout Social is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule multiple posts on Facebook and Instagram days, weeks, and months in advance. I can get to work and create multiple posts when I am feeling creative. Great time-saving tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. Scheduling posts is easy and efficient. Saves me time and I can schedule multiple posts at a time. The site is very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes tackling time management easy. When I have and feeling creative, I'm able to create and schedule a few posts at a time.
Excellent Learning Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find training to get the most out of the platform. The courses that Sprout offers to help you not just learn the basics of the software but become an expert are fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is something that's actually beyond Sprout's control, so I can't really hold it against them: Instagram requires a kinda clunky workflow to post stories. It's not on Sprout, but that's my only real pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling out an editorial calendar with the whole team is super easy. We can iterate changes on any social media post before it goes live and work collaboratively.

Do the certification! It's quick and really helps you onboard easily
Excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility in usefulness and designs and function for myself and the team I work with. I use this as well as Excel to function effectively to coordinate my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes lag on users in my groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of not having all social media in one place. Having my team work effectively in one space.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has the typical features you would expect of a social media scheduling took, but perhaps the best feature is the analytics and ability to tag posts and see performance by tag.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish social media listening was included and not an additional cost. I also wish you didn't have to pay by the number of accounts.

Sprout Social makes managing multiple social media accounts super easy. I love the easy to use reporting and not having to log into multiple accounts.
All-in-One Social Media Solution with Customizable Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social because it's the most comprehensive, all-in-one package for all of our platforms. I love the ease of customizing analytics views, which allows me to sort by different priorities like engagement and reach. This helps me tell a more specific, insightful story by drilling down to the specifics my team cares about. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Social Listening was less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social eases access to multiple accounts, offers analytics and scheduling, and allows customizing views to drill down into specifics, which helps in storytelling.

Dive right in. Don't try to ease your way in while still using other tools - you'll find the best value the fastest if you start using it fully.
All in one
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can make as many calendars as I like. I can separate clients and what social platforms we oversee. The results page is very detailed and easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i do dislike is the short amount of accounts you are allowed to add. I wish there were more packages that you can add a pack of 3 or 5 accounts. I also with that it had recommended times for posting by KPI (likes, comments and shares) HeyOrca has that feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving many things. One is time management, I can pull graphics right from canva over to a post and cross post. I can look at the data In two clicks to review all the data and game plan.

The only thing I dislike is the API limitations with Instagram.

Great insghts
What do you like best about the product?
This service gives great insights into your posts and profiles. I love being able to easily see what my top posts were, what hashtags work, and how my competitors are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more affordable for small businesses, and to edit individual platforms at once (instead of needing to submit, then redo)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights are crucial to running a successful platform. Other software I've used left a lot to be desired, but Sprout makes it easy!

There isn't much I dislike, there are some items I would like to see enhanced or brought to the tool but so far I love Sprout.
