What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best is the ability to plan and schedule posts across all platforms. I really like the Sprout link in bio tool as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that posting to Instagram requires a mobile publisher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the need to have multiple tabs open when posting. There are many benefits such as the analytics tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of building and collaborating with a team. It makes scheduling and reviewing co-workers' content incredibly easy, and our clients love how easy it is to learn and teach to their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging aspect I've dealt with is setting up permissions for each team user. Ensuring that they have the proper permissions while setting up clients is sometimes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems we are solving are working and collaborating as a team. Reviewing work before it sends out to social media accounts has made me realize how often work needs to be checked and approved.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout saves our team so much time and energy. Being able to schedule out posts and see all incoming comments via push notifications are features that I adore & use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Sprout is not being able to schedule Instgram reels & stories; however, I know this is not Sprout's fault and that the features are currently being worked on (which I am grateful for!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Sprout, we missed a lot of innapropriate/negative comments on our pages, but now we are able to monitor much more effectively through push notifications that Sprout supplies.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and accessible. There are enough integrations to make working with Sprout fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with comments on instagram and linkedin is sometimes not reliable. The direct messaging integration is also lacking and could use more capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple users who need to manage the same social accounts is a tedious process, and Sprout social gives everyone the ability to create and manage posts from one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has it all. Analytics, content scheduling, ability to reply, etc. We use many features of Sprout and they all perform really well and consistently over time. It is easy to engage with our community with Sprout and repost UGC, a huge plus for our line of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting on a TikTok integration! Overall, Sprout really has so many features and functionality that are great, it's hard to pinpoint what I dislike. It would be neat to have a Youtube Integration where we can respond to comments from the Sprout Smart Inbox. Also, getting integration with Instagram Reels would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our social media is handled through Sprout. From scheduling to responding, it's done almost solely from the Sprout dashboard. The Smart Inbox is a huge feature for us as it allows us to engage with everyone and make sure no one is left un-read or not responded to.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a very user-friendly interface and they keep adding new features. It's easy to review the writer's work and approve or add notes in case there are changes to be made.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike. I think it's easy to use, great functionalities, and it's helped us improve a lot our internal processes for social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, there were a lot of back and forths and many processes before posting to social. Now, having this planner where everyone has access and the reviewing process is straightforward, has made us lives easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go with it. You won't regret it

What do you like best about the product?
Of all the social media scheduling platforms, this is by far the most powerful. And the least glitchy! Plus, it includes features like social listening, competitor analysis, reporting, and more that would cost a bucketload more with other platforms. Compare the costs of other platforms and you'll see how valuable and useful this tool is for the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's API is better than Facebook's or Twitter's. Occasionally I will have a post that looks completely fine in Sprout, but on Facebook it doesn't display a photo in the link card or a link preview on Twitter. I also don't see a way to add alt tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an all-in-one solution instead of having to bounce around to schedule natively or cobble together multiple scheduling, listening and monitoring tools. It also makes reporting a breeze because I can easily tag different topics and pull reports for different stakeholders without having to seek out and parse out reports from each platform. Compare costs of other platforms and you'll see how valuable and useful this tool is for the price.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Also, the metrics are fabulous. I am a one person team and using Sprout makes my work easier to organize and also easier to review metrics and distribute reports to interested stakeholders and teammembers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have the extended listening functionality as part of my package. I wish the smart inbox would have sentiment included for users who do not have the listening product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of managing the company brand natively (channel by channel), Sprout allows me to manage my content calednar all in one place. I also have been able to train customer care team members to review the smart inbox for customer questions and complaints which alleviates some of my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I only manage one brand with four social media channels within Sprout. The cost is worth the spend for my company and my situation. I've heard for others who manage multiple brands with many channels that the enterprise cost can rise exponentially.

What do you like best about the product?
We love having all the comments and messages from our many clients come into one consolidated inbox. It saves us time when we're doing Community Management and the tagging function allows us to accurately track sentiment as well as types of messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love to be able to schedule Instagram videos and Reels through Sprout but we understand the API doesn't allow that. It makes posting videos and Reels pretty "clunky."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves us time and makes it easy to manage many social media accounts at once. We have more than a dozen clients and it can be quite unwieldy to manage them all.
