Versatile and powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to manage posting calendar. New social media platform enhancements (Instagram stories and TikTok). Reporting is insightful and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to renew social media profiles every few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating manual posting of content on each platform, consolidated reporting, etc.

Sprout is very robust and versatile with excellent an customer success team.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very easy to use and I enjoy having all of the social media platforms together and in one place. It is easy to navigate and makes handling social media queries very hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about spout, to be honest. The only thing I would say is that when switching from public post to private message, it would be useful for it to say private message sent instead of reply posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social helps us communicate with those interested in the Birmingham commonwealth games as well as helped us to communicate with volunteers, ticket holders and successful QBR bearers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly i can get through ticking off comments and mentions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters / sorting system. I should be able to sort people into catagories or atleast get it to show me verified accounts first. When flicking through normal comments, it is too easy to overlook verified accounts. I may have overlooked this feature as i have only used it for a couple of months but being able to only see verified sometimes will help greatly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on a huge event called the commonwealth games. This means there is a huge volume of mentions. Sprout allows us to be so much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is super user friendly and creates great analytic reports for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price is too high and it's too expensive to add extra profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes care of my client's scheduling across a multitude of platforms and I love how easy the reports are to generate monthly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product, the only reason I am no longer using it was due to cost cutting reasons and I had to obtain a cheaper alternative

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is super simple which makes it very easy to use. I like the fact that you're able to view your stats as well as your teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice to have new messages appear automatically without having to refresh the page or click the new messages notification.

Sprout makes it super easy to connect with customers on multiple different social media platforms. This allows us to keep up with customers issues or concerns on all of our social media accounts.

Dependable, easy to use platform with a great number of features.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's platform for publishing and scheduling posts. It's very to use and for the most part, has been pretty reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be more reasonable, especially for multiple users. I like that I can collaborate with my team on Sprout, I just don't like how much it costs.

Sprout Social enables me to schedule posts for multiple platforms and get weekly reporting all in one place which helps save time.
A Powerful Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy-to-use and we can schedule/publish social posts seamlessly. Account Executives are also easy to reach, are able to answer any questions as needed and keep you up-to-date with the latest updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social makes a lot of updates and keeps its users informed with future updates in the platform. In the near future, it would be greatly appreciated if Sprout had the capability to schedule Twitter polls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently added the Q2 Product Roadmap Webinar where I learned that Sprout Social's team is internally working on the functionality to reshare LinkedIn posts. It will also be great to schedule content for TikTok.

If you're considering Sprout Social, you should try it out. It's a great social media management tool that will aid your business. Sprout Social offers a free trial period. So, you can see if it's the right fit for you. In addition, you can also chat with an Account Executive and have them walk you through the platform so you understand each component.
Stand-out software in a crowded market - works every time!
What do you like best about the product?
We've tried a variety of platforms and software solutions for social media scheduling - from the name brands to more niche, 'independent' type platforms and they have all let us down in one way or another, either through lack of functionality of technical issues. Sprout Social works every time and supports all the tools, platforms and integrations we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is on the upper end of the market which makes it difficult to justify for clients that are on the lower end of our offerings, which means we are not always able to use Sprout Social for clients on lower packages. Not really a critique of the software, but really is the only 'downside' of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we were facing was the lack of the correct support for platforms, the lack of an intuitive UI and the incessant technical difficulties we faced with other platforms constantly failing to post scheduled posts on the regular. Sprout Social has resolved those issues.
