Effortless Scheduling & Analytics Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the customer service and training from Sprout Social, but most of all, I love the ease of use. It offers everything I could envision that I need for my job, which is fantastic. The initial setup of Sprout Social was extremely easy, thanks to their onboarding process that made everything streamlined. They taught me how to use each part of the platform in a very detailed manner over a few months. #TeamJessicaPlumley
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI portion of the post scheduling could be better. Integrating ChatGPT or other AI chatbots to write stronger content would be helpful. The current AI setup isn't helpful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes my job more organized, laying out social requests in a calendar view with easy tagging for reporting, and reduces my workload from ten hours to two.

I like how easy it is to respond to comments in sprout social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how junky and busy the platform feels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving my clients' needs to engage with their audience regularly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a bit pricey but really allows you to keep track of comments and DMs.
Easy to use, great for learning and growth, awesome partnership!

It is easy to schedule posts with approval workflows for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some posts require mobile posting, defeats the value of scheduling in advance.

Being able to handle multiple clients easily with data to improve performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox easily organizes all of my client's social media platforms and interactions for quick replies!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post Instagram stories or Carousels or promote content from Sprout on Instagram. This is an Instagram problem, though, not a Sprout one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me solve the business problem of too many tools/accounts, which increases my productivity/efficiency for my clients.

The humans. The dedicated support we get for a relatively small account is really incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We're very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone.

We're using Sprout for efficiency in social publishing, enhanced social measurement and social listening for current clients and new business.
Amazing UI for scheduling posts and great for metrics!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling posts. The UI is easy and intuitive.it is also easy to edit picture sizes for specific platforms.

It has challenges with scheduling Instagram stories at the time I was using it.

Mapping out content across multiple platforms all at once really helps with time management.

The sprout social customer service team is amazing for any questions you may have!

What do you like best about the product?
it has questionnaires to help customize the dashboard experience as per my company's needs, it is a very robust tool and gives away a lot of insights as well as ease of work, thereby increasing overall productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling of posts for instagram as well as pulling out analytics for the same still needs a little work, and even that is constantly improving, apart from that there are no flaws that i can highlight
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this in our Marketing team to schedule Social Media Posts and pull out Analytics for the same, we can easily monitor mentions of certain keywords on social media and take business decisions based on the analytics results.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create multiple accounts with sprout social, and I also love that you can see the schedule of each social platform all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that I don't like about sprout social at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to plan out my social content months in advance, schedule it and let sprout social do the rest

Set up multiple users if need be but keep in mind, the basic package only comes with 2.

The functionality is very great. The overall stuff is good.

Not as such anything. The overall experience is good.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it was to schedule posts, find curated content, and run reports on analytics and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging companies and users. It was not possible to tag individual users from with the platform for LinkedIn. And many times it was hard to find a smaller company even when typing the correct handle. For example, some of the D2C brands did not come up in the suggestion dropdown, even when I had typed the correct LinkedIn company name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a great tool. Obviously with data there is always going to be disparity, so I would run reports both on Sprout Social as well as on the social platforms themselves. Something that would be helpful is have a capability to combine paid and organic results, or to view separately. It was not always obvious what the data was including.
