What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sproutsocial for a few months, and I am totally satisfied with this tool. This tool help us to connect our social media platforms and schedule posts across all social media platforms. This saves a lot of our time which earlier used to go in scheduling posts on different social platforms. It saves a lot of our time .
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is best & i have found no issue with this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me to schedule my posts across all social platforms and we can also analyze the performance of our social media posts whether they are going in the right direction or not

What do you like best about the product?
I could not do my job without Social Sprout. It provides us with an all-in-one package to process incoming messages and requests, as well as track and report on our work. The publication feature allows us to schedule all publications in advance on free days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout has a high cost compared to other similar tools, but when we consider all the work that saves us we feel comfortable with the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has done a great job helping us publish on social networks. It is a tool that has saved us a lot of work time. The management of our social networks has never been so easy since we use Sprout Social.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In general, I recommend Social Sprout to people and companies that take into account their presence in social networks.
It's very easy to read and user-friendly! Everything on the site is so easy to search and find.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the upsides of Sprout Social is that the information is easy to search and find! They have an abundance of up to date data on Social Media and how to be successful on it as a company. I really like that Sprout Social has an abundance of data and information that is offered for free vs forcing you to pay for a subscription in order to receive ANY information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get expensive to be able to use more tools and have further access to capabilities. I dislike how expensive the program is. It could definitely be more affordable, especially for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have pulled a lot of Social Media research from Sprout Social that I have shared with superiors! I have also used a lot of templates from Sprout social for the below purposes. While I haven't experienced very many problems with Sprout social because I don't have an official account that I pay for, it would be nice if there was a more affordable option. I have come to realize that the benefits of Sprout Social, is gaining education and information on up to date Digital Marketing tactics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout social is leaning towards the pricier side of social media programs, but there is a ton of information you can get from the site without signing up for a membership! My advice would be for you to evaluate the needs of the company, as well as the Marketing budget that your company has set for you, and then gather information on costs for Sprout Social as well as other Digital Marketing/ Social media management and research tools, then determine which program is the best fit for you and your team. In the interim, I would highly suggest that you utilize Sprout Social to it's fullest offerings so that you can begin to gain as much insight and information as possible about how you can best manage and track your social media and digital marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout for my social media management. Their dev team in constantly listening to feedback and making improvements on the platform. Super easy to use, great customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything to dislike about Sprout! If anything, I would say that it's for APIs, but that is not totally in their control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any problem I've encountered has been minor, and it has been quickly addressed by the support team. This is a great platform for collaborative work.

Definitely would recommend! It's fairly priced, you get great tools for the investment, and their team is wonderful to work with.

Very easy to use, and enables use of keyboard for shortcuts to ease with swiftness of work.

There is nothing that I dislike about this software.

Very easy to moderate a large body of social media messages as well as being easy to discuss particular messages with management.

Certainly one of the most reliable and easier to use social media moderation tools.
Spout for Twitter
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to draft posts in advance! Look at your feed, who has mentioned you and and who you follow is so direct on Sprout. (no ads or suggestions) I also like the ability to see what my colleagues have scheduled to post for inspiration- and to ensure we don't post about the same thing! (also really like being able to see a draft of my posts prior to going live) The tasks and reports section is really useful as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the text can be a bit small and hurt my eyes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring good, quality content is uploaded to our social media accounts. There are times when you know you'll be out and away from work but still able to schedule and monitor your posts on the most important platforms in one spot.

Comprehensive tool for top-line social reporting and insight on competitor performance meaning you can give people within your business an idea of where you sit within your industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of granular video analytics makes it difficult as a sports broadcaster to give a full report on how our content performs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Top-line reporting across a company with multiple territories to track progress of each market individually and as a whole.

Great tool if you're wanted digestable reports to present to board or other areas of your business.
Useful tool with lots of features, their support team are helpful and responsive.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to navigate, and there are a lot of helpful features. Reporting is made very simple and easy to understand, yet goes into enough depth. The info "?" bubbles explain the reports well. Scheduling is the most useful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are API limitations, it's annoying that often different social media accounts need to be regularly reconnected. And different team members have different permissions, so it takes a while to get set up with those with the right permissions for various things. Perhaps there could be a tool within Sprout Social, where you can notify colleagues with higher permissions that things need to be approved i.e. reconnecting profiles, approval etc and it notifies them via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Competitive analysis as well as reporting, is something that would be impossible to do without Sprout Social. Therefore, it is highly beneficial for us to take learnings and optimise our output.

Give it a try and use the trial to explore the different tools. Always reach out to customer service because they are very helpful.

Sprout Social is a user-friendly scheduling platform that permits you to share posts on multiple social media networks. It is well-suited for all sizes of organizations. It is a monitoring and engaging tool that offers a complete outline of the content analysis and has the facility to view month by month, week by week, day by day, etc. It provides a separate analysis of organic and paid metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to post gifs that appears silly in this modern world. At times, the post fails due to the failure of the system. This tool must be free of errors, until and unless there is an outage in another social media network such as Facebook. Sprout must notify about it. It does not allow the users to tag pages in Facebook posts. Drafts do not stay longer if you don’t make a time table for them.
