Great management tool for small businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use out of the box. There is no complicated learning curve and the tool is user friendly. However, the platform has many robust features if and when you want to dive deeper and do more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as customizable as some other tools. For agencies or large organizations managing many different accounts, I might recommend a different tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to engage with following in an efficient way. Scheduling out content saves time. Compiled reports also saves time and energy.

Platform Streamlines Work Flow

What do you like best about the product?
A few things I find helpful are the ability to easily schedule and duplicate posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that you can't post multiple photos to Instagram. And you can't create Facebook photo albums either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is allowing me and my colleague to stay more organized and on the same page with the calendar. No more google docs. What I realized is that statistic reports look way better than what I was doing manually before.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyle was very kind and friendly. Very personable and not inpatient like other Sprout Social salesman are, maybe it's because he's not trying to sell us anything that I especially enjoyed having him. More along the likes of Sprout is the sleekness of the tool, easy to use, intuitive and smart.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I can think of at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to go to every native platform to post. and we can also schedule postings in one window. It's frustrating and time consuming having to go to every platform to post. I understand that each platform offers a media studio but it's just not viable when you are managing 20+ social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about using sprout social for our posting is the calendar and the ability to do all of my scheduling way in advanced. We pretty much work like a magazine so we write and plan 3 months in advanced. Instead of having to have each of our posts in a file to post as the dates come up we can just put everything in and have our social calendar keep up with our natural work flow! Sprout also has tons of learning and research tools in their platform that come in handy if you are trying to figure out whats trending, what to write about, and what your competitor is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I cant think of anything to really complain about! I love using this program and cant recommend it enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of having to individually post each of our social media posts and to each account. We can plan everything ahead of time and post to all of our platforms at once which is awesome!

A Social Media Manager's Best Friend

What do you like best about the product?
I love the support I receive from Sprout and the focus on learning to improve. We have standing monthly calls where I check-in with my account manager and share pain points. At first, I was tempted to skip out on these, but once I made them a priority I really started seeing the benefits of Sprout. Together, we brainstorm ideas and come up with ways to highlight the power of social media. This has especially been helpful when preparing reports for executives.

Additionally, I love the ability to work with team members to approve content and also provide feedback before the content is pushed live. Scheduling is a breeze, thanks to the ability to duplicate and customize for each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few API-restrictions, such as Facebook event co-host invitations or Instagram DMs that don't come through to our Sprout inbox. To work around this, we have a daily checklist of things that we do natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive anywhere from 5,000-8,000 comments, messages, mentions, etc. across all of our social channels and it would be a headache to track and respond without Sprout. The benefits of the reporting tools are also clutch. I love the templates for reports that are pre-made and the ability to customize as necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're working in social and feel overwhelmed, Sprout is a good choice. It has been invaluable to feel like I wasn't alone in my social media goals because I had a company that knows social inside and out, helping me along.

Outstanding Social Media Management for Small to Medium Companies

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent tool to manage social media accounts while gaining valuable analysis tools to easily understand and represent the value of the social media engagement to the business. The automated, formal reports that can be sent on a regularly scheduled basis ensures that execs have access to the results of social media outreach in an easy to understand, formal report. This saves me HUGE amounts of time in creating reports on a regular cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
My focus on the tool was essentially the content calendar for posting and the back-end analysis. I did not engage with additional features in the tool so I cannot offer thoughts on those solutions. For what I needed, this is the best tool I have found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The #1 problem is simplifying the time required to create formal decks for the executive team to help them understand the value of social media and its benefits to the company. These auto-created and emailed reports are outstanding are a major time saver.

Excellent tool for social network management and content publishing.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had no problems using Sproud Social for planning and publishing content on the different social networks managed in our organization. Sprout provides us with a fairly intuitive and navigable user interface, it is very easy to use to schedule publications and manage different social networks in the same environment. Their customer service has always been responsive and has provided quick and efficient responses whenever we have called on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
This would only be the fact that your integration to manage Instagram's direct messages is not working, we would love to be able to manage it from the Sprout Social platform, however we understand that this is a problem faced by this type of applications mostly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the use of this tool we have been able to experience not only an optimization of our social media workflows, but also that our teams (especially marketing and success of our customers) remain synchronized and all our social networks updated. Sproud Social has represented an orderly and efficient administration of our social networks while saving time and resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is undoubtedly a tool I would recommend to manage social networks and content publishing individually or collectively without complications or loss of time. It is not difficult to use and has an excellent training and customer service team, it is worth trying.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that the software is very feasible for any kind of marketing, whether it's mail marketing, social networking, digitalization, content management. It's actually very complete and covers an incredible scope. Simple factors like interface and support are also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically I would improve some designs in the interface, I don't have problems with the agility of the interface only in the themes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making a solid effort to be able to cover all the marketing process in the organization, it has given an excellent performance to strengthen each one of the work areas. We have oriented our needs to Sprout Social and the result has been as expected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We perform well, I recommend it because it helps me have exceptional efficiency and has proven that it can influence many parameters of digital marketing. It helps a lot and you will have a great tool at a comfortable price.
