What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good use display. More features than previous platform used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a platform like this be able to incorporate Facebook events into interaction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing 70+ pages across all social platforms. Being able to use multiple CS staff members in the same platform without stepping over each others toes/duplicating work, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The planning feature is what I use most (but that's to be expected). Where that's useful is you can easily repost content when the client's account is tagged. Their inbox system in general is convenient and easy to navigate. Reporting is another strong win for Sprout. I can tag posts by any criteria I want, filter the results, and even share externally, which is great when sharing results with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram and Facebook Stories. This isn't Sprout's fault, any 3rd party tool we vetted had the same limitations. When a scheduled post goes live, you have to have the account on your phone, and essentially the tool just pushes the video to your phone and copies the caption. It's an extra step and only takes 5 mins but there is a level of involvement from you. My process is to schedule the story, then when it goes live, download the video and add text on it if applicable through the instagram tools. I've found more engagement on videos with some text to engage the audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reposting is super useful for me. I find it hard to do that in other apps but Sprout makes it easy. I also enjoy the optimal times feature when posting. I'm not sure how that data is aggregated but it seems to work.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to all social media platforms in one place and the access to stats which help me know when is best to post and what works best with my audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar can be quite ugly to use compared the Later.com which I previously used.

Easy having all social medias together under one login.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create your own tabs to filter by what is most important to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any big negatives yet with Spout Social

It is helping us get in contact with the Digital Guest quicker.

I've found Sprout Social to be a really useful social media management tool - it's intuitive, easy to use, and has plenty of useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any dislikes as of yet!

It's allowing me to post across multiple social media channels in an organised way.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy organization process and how easy it is to understand, as well as the option in the edit suite to orientatate photos for different social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will fail posts multiple times in a row with no explanantion. It also does not allow you to customize your Tik toks, such as choosing the thumbnail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need to go to each individual social media platform. It is saving us and our coworkers a lot of time in our already busy work lives! We get things done more effeciently!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers training, webinars, live chats, etc., to assist you along your marketing journey. I am a new employee in marketing, and Sprout Social has helped along the way. I enjoy the easy-to-learn platform. Making it easy to collaborate with team members, schedule social media posts, and gather analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform/software can be pricing, especially for small business owners or entrepreneurs. I would recommend Sprout Social to a mid-level to high-level business (50+ employees)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social offers webinar training. The training enlightened certain software aspects that I was unaware of. For example, creating and tracking company campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout! It's the best in the business for social media management. The analytics are excellent and have improved insight into our efforts immensely. The smart inbox is also excellent for community management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many products, there are some features that are yet to be fully built out, such as the ability to post to Instagram stories and pull analytics for personal LinkedIn accounts. However, Sprout is constantly working to improve the product and new features are rolled out on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has given us the ability to get a 360 view of our social media efforts through its various analytics capablities. This has been critical to assessing efforts with the goal of optimizing channels over time. Additionally, the ability to manage messages on all channels in one place, and work collaboratively with team members to do so, has been a game changer.

I think something that needs to be improved is the ability to switch between "groups" or accounts more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to have a scheduling platform with detailed analytics that help us show our customers how their accounts are growing and improving on a regular basis.

So far, Sprout Social has been great. I really am enjoying the publishing section.

Not being able to tag in the publishing feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving manual posting via the social platform. I can post on multiple accounts at once.
