The Social Media Suite on Steroids

What do you like best about the product?
It's really hard to choose one feature I like best. There are a multitude of things I love. The ease of use and the reporting features are exceptional. Plus, they are constantly improving. Adding features and making existing features easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the large black pop-up box that appears once you click on a date to schedule. The box shows you how many posts you have scheduled for that day and a small preview of the content wording. I can appreciate that some users may find it beneficial but the need to move it off to the left and out of the compose area. I have to always get it to disappear to complete my tasks. And for my work, time is of the essence. The other thing I don't like is that I can't schedule time zones on a per client basis. I have International clients and I can't put them on Sprout due to the time issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling my clients and reporting in-depth to them the results of our efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, it's pricey. Is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a little more expensive (a lot more) than other tools but the reporting functionality far exceeds that of other social media scheduling tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. I have tried to switch on a number of occasions -- but found myself coming back because all of our clients historical data is already being tracked in this system. I wish that it wasn't $125-150 each time I wanted to add a new employee to the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to provide both paid and organic social media management services to e-commerce clients. It allows us to give them highly insightful data (demographics, etc) that they are not getting through other companies and tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you manage a lot of business accounts and want to differentiate yourself as a professional business, Sprout will be a great solution for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, useful analytics and creates easy to understand reports that save time and make the life of a marketer easier and better. If you manage a lot of accounts, it is helpful but costly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price point can be a bit too much for a small agency or freelancer when business is low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media analytics, post scheduling and monitoring. It is easy to use and saves times by unifying data.

Best Time Saving Tool for Social Media!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been the best tool to manage all the Instagram accounts that I am in charge of. Our company handles at least 5 different venues social media accounts so being able to have everything scheduled out ahead saves me so much time (and my sanity!).
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Sprout so far is that if I want to post more than one photo to Instagram that I need to have someone approve it. It's not too bad though since I have the app on my phone it will just send me a notification that it's time to post and then the photo with the caption will be copied over to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have been able to solve with Sprout Social have been time management with social media scheduling and research on when the best time to post on social media. The benefits are that I spend less time on managing our social media pages and can use that time in other projects to benefit the company in other ways (such as editing videos/ working on marketing campaigns).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social has saved me so much time when it comes to scheduling out our social media! If you manage more than one social media account I would highly suggest looking into using Sprout Social. It's easy to use and extremely helpful in managing different social media accounts. This will definitely save you your time and sanity!

What do you like best about the product?
Our firm has over 18 social media profiles. That can get daunting when trying to push out info to our audience. Sprout not only streamlines our goals, but gives us insights into what we could be doing better, what our competitors are doing, and what our next steps should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little squirrely to learn the in's and out's of the platform, but it didn't take too long to get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest hurdle was not spending too much of our time juggling all our social profiles. Sprout put everything we needed in one central location.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sprout Social has a 'Find Content' area, allows you to plan from a monthly view, shows a preview of what the post will look like, and has an algorithm for the most optimum times to send it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue for me is finding the time to plan my social media calendar. I don't like that the 'Find Content' area doesn't have posts from Instagram, or that it doesn't show content from people or companies I'm following. I also don't like that you have to be assigned a task in order to plan in order to post to an Instagram Story, esp. since it's just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having Sprout Social, it has saved so much time in looking at the analytics of our posts on social media and the engagement of our audience, esp. how compares to our competitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social is the most seamless social media software I've found to date. My company loves having the ability to plan out social media content a month in advance, see a live preview of what it will look like, and will tell you the optimum time to post it to get more engagement. It's also great to note that they're constantly updating and improving every day.

Great all-in-one social media management platform

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is your one-stop-shot for all things social media management and implementation. It's really user-friendly and the support team is fantastic if you do have any questions or issues. I have been using this platform since 2015, and I notice that Sprout has been coming out with new features that keep them fresh and relevant. They know their customers, and they want to help. The mobile app has gotten a lot better since it first came out, and it also is very easy to use on the go. I would highly recommend Sprout to anyone looking to build out their set-it-and-forget-it social medial campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app used to be a little cumbersome, especially when editing photos or being able to click the verticals you would like to post on, but I believe all the kinks have been worked out. I have also noticed that some messages via Facebook do not come through to Sprout Social, and I am not sure why. I would love for Sprout to look into this. I am also still getting used to the recently new calendar interface, but it's growing on me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use one platform to manage and post to social media campaigns. This is really helpful, as I am the only marketing personnel in my company with limited time. I've realized that Sprout also adds value by allowing you to follow certain companies or hashtags. You can customize your dashboard to track exactly what you need.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily submit Instagram video posts directly from the dashboard without having to login via mobile device is my very favorite feature.
I also love that when I post to Instagram that it gives me the ability to post my hashtags as the first post. This makes my posts look much cleaner and I don't have to worry about posting them separately super fast after the initial post.
The ability to create a task and assign it to a team member and flag it as sales, support etc makes life much easier when dealing with a large social media volume without letting support or sales issue slip through your fingers.
The overall design makes it super easy to plan and schedule posts.
The ability to show the history of engagements that you make with a user makes customer service much easier than other tools.
I really like the ability to easily find content to share based on keywords and RSS feeds.
As you build a post, Sprout Social will alert you if you are missing anything.
While you are building posts it shows exactly what your posts will look on each social media property.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social includes a lot of features. I do wish that there was a post designer though. That would make it a complete tool where no other tool would be needed for social media. I have had issues connecting to business Instagram accounts if I disconnect one business profile and then add a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout Social I can easily find accounts to engage with to generate sales. I utilize Sprout Social to manage all of my social media properties. The reports within Sprout Social are fantastic!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried pretty much every other tool available to manage social media. Make sure to use the trial and explore all of the features. There are features such as listening and RSS feeds that can help you save a lot of time each day.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not sure how our team would manage our social media accounts without Sprout Social. Scheduling and targeting are dead easy, and the draft feature allows us to review work before it goes live.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that carousel posts are easier to do right in Facebook, and Instagram makes it nearly impossible to repost content - but those are limitations of the platforms. I haven't found a better system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have remote staff in varying time zones, and it's very helpful to have everything in one spot.
