Great for managing many accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout allows us to easily post to and manage 10 profiles at once. We work with clients who post to many channels, so it makes our jobs infinitely easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if LinkedIn personal profiles could be connected for analytics, otherwise, everything in the platform has worked well for us so far. The mobile experience could be better as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to post to many social media channels instead of having to log in natively to each platform. It also allows for easy review and revision before publishing.

What do you like best about the product?
Data analysis - easily displays all the information I want and need to be able to reflect on previous performance, future trends, competitors, etc. The tool is quite straight forward which makes it very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can only link TikTok business accounts - needs creator accounts too. Certain posting / resharing features that are missing require me to leave the tool i.e. reposting Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specficially data analysis, reflecting on previous social performance - which saves me time, and provides information which allows me to better reflect and susbsequently improve on the content being produced. Prior to Sprout, I had to do all of this manually which took too long.

What do you like best about the product?
I found that the types of analytics we can filter from are really helpful, along with tag performance and competitor analysis. Being able to see comparisons between you and your competitors is really beneficial in how you can structure your social strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, I haven't found anything I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us find optimal post times for each platform, which has also been a big factor in boosting our engagement rate. Also, seeing the competitor analysis helps us see what types of outputs we need to increase for each social profile.

What do you like best about the product?
The straightforward approach to scheduling posts and the information in the reports.

The platform seems to be lacking some tracking metrics, but it might be the social platforms limiting them.

Social scheduling and social reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule all of my content at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes posts will fail for no reason or a profile will disconnect without a reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of clients that we post organically for. Sprout is allowing us to post on multiple platforms for our clients which is adding value to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout has a very user friendly interface, has a lot of features and can integrate with a lot of other marketing tools and software. I also appreciate the opportunity of sending the reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
WHat I dislike as a Marketing Specialist is the fact that Sprout, when showing some of the metrics, includes paid and organic and sometimes doesn't differentiate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time definitely on looking at so many different tools that I would have to use for marketing analytics. I appreciate the fact the for business, it saves me valuable time.

Intuitive and reliable social media management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to navigate and one of the best social media management tools out there. From publishing, community management to reporting, Sprout's interface is intuitive and helpful for every type of social media professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the social media landscape evolves, so does Sprout! There are a few things that are missing, such as additional links in bios for the Instagram link-in-bio feature, that I know are on Sprout's radar, so I appreciate them always adding additional features to their product and keeping their customers updated with new changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company with multiple brands and each brand having at least three social media channels, Sprout is helping us compile all of our information into one place. It is a helpful tool for keeping all of our data in one place and for deciphering the information into easy-to-digest categories so we can make meaningful changes to our social media strategy across different social platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the Sprout feature of suggested times to post the most. It helps track our audience and see how their habits change throughout the time of year and days of the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with short videos, it does claim my 16 by 9 video isn't those dimensions when it publishes normally on Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, etc., with no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of Sprout Social has been the ability to layout the backlog of content and pick up and drop it wherever I see fit. It makes making last minute changes much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great having a platform that allows you to easily access all comments on our socials, allowing us to efficiently stay on top of what people are saying about our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain functions needed specific to our company that Sprout could probably add in regards to our social escalation process. For example, when we would like reporting on the number of tasks completed and closed during a certain time period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a platform that could monitor all of our Social platforms. Since Sprout monitors TikTok and all the latest platforms, this is a huge plus.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the publishing calendar. There are so many things you can do from there, from viewing your posts to approvals and edits. It's effortless to post on several platforms at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of reports to sort through. There's a lot of information to be gained, but if there was a way to streamline them a little more, that would be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see how each post is performing on which platforms and make informed decisions about our strategy as we go. We also love seeing how our competitors are engaging on social. This helps us determine how to fill the gaps our competition is leaving in the market.
