Extremely user friendly and efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it easy to monitor, respond, and engage with all of your social platforms. I also like how you can tag posts for extremely helpful reporting features. Additionally, the "approval" feature for drafted posts allows for streamlines workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish, when submitting a post as a draft to multiple channels, I could go in and edit/post the post from a single message, instead of having to do it by each channel separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased our presence and engagement on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. We have been able to engage with our audience more and notice what posts warrant the most engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implement a workflow process from draftee, to reviewer, to a user who monitors/reports on stats.

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the overall ease of page management, I absolutely LOVE the Sprout Blog! Sprout makes it fun & easy to keep up with industry trends. I'm also absolutely obsessed with the analytics side of things! As a social media manager, it's not always easy to get people to understand the importance of what we do on a daily basis. Having a clean and concise, yet informative report to show REALLY helps the education process!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see a Facebook or Instagram keyword management option in the near future. Currently, there is only keyword monitoring for Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Message tagging is a HUGE help to pinpoint areas of excellence and areas that could use improvement within my organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You simply can't go wrong with this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to effectively scale our social media efforts all while controlling our brand and message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal service issues from time to time.

We are able to monitor and report on a large amount of social accounts and profiles.

Sprout is a powerful enterprise-level social management platform providing the ability to manage a large number of accounts and profiles, approval workflows, and the ability to report on all aggregate activity.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who manages multiple channels across multiple different platforms, I especially appreciate the messages inbox. It's very easy to scroll through incoming messages and assign them to different team members in chronological order.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the listening tool included more sources from across the web including blogs, reddit, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team of approximately 10 people all working together on social media, so it would be chaos without Sprout.

Easy to use, great posting platform

What do you like best about the product?
To have all of your social media accounts into one place to post and schedule post is convenient. The analytics offer a deeper dive than other platforms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing now that Instagram posting was added. Does everything I'm looking for in a posting and social media monitoring platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're seeing more connected traffic and engagement thanks to Sprout Social. That allows us to pinpoint what our audience is focusing on and deliver them with more relevant content.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great tool for scheduling content, community management, social media reporting, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to post content directly from Sprout Social onto Youtube and having Youtube analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social meets all my needs as a social media manager. The benefits of being able to share monthly reports with my team and have a calendar view of everything that's in the pipeline helps me stay organized and on track.

Easy to use software for muti-location business.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy for me to schedule content for 50+ locations on multiple platforms. This saves our company a tremendous amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is we seem to have reoccurring issues with Instagram and publishing videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With sprout we have been able to bring all social networks to one place and streamline the process of posting content and responding to reviews.

Best Social Media Tool We Use

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social has the most reliable platform I have used (and I have used them all). The calendar feature is great and the reporting is robust and visual. We rarely have any bugs or glitches and if we do contacting support is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Image quality sometimes is jeopardized with scheduling. Cannot figure out why that is and it hasn't been a huge issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is a lot easier with Sprout. We have also solved inconsistencies in our content schedule and posting cadence by being able to schedule things out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste time or money trying other platforms. Sprout has the best features and the best price, and works consistently when we need it to.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall functionality of Sprout Social including post previews, reports and task assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to move scheduled posts to a different time and day without being able to drag and drop items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My digital marketing agency has a team of four digital marketing specialists. We all use Sprout Social. The benefits of using Sprout Social to manage social media accounts, curate and schedule content and implement strategy include saving time, improving efficiency and reducing marketing execution time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Sprout is that it covers all the bases of what a social media manager needs. It's the most comprehensive tool I have used as a social media manager and I'm happy to recommend it to any team that really wants to succeed with their online social presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sprout app is not as intuitive and user-friendly as I'd like so improvements on that platform would be great. I'd also like more features in the scheduling part where I can see past posts and copy them, and have them stay on the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics reports are a hugely useful tool for us to gauge how we're doing and which direction to go. We solved the problem of not knowing what followrs really wanted by looking at reports and seeing the posts they respond to really well and building a strategy around those.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you're really looking to know what your audience thinks of your, check out the comprehensive reports! They are the clearest on the market.
